Practices can view and edit the content of their messages as a written template. They can also send sample test calls to themselves to ensure voice messages are read correctly.

How do I schedule Voice Reminders to send?

Voice reminders can be scheduled through the Doctible portal based on your office's preferences, the same as you would with a scheduled text message or email.

How are appointments confirmed via Voice Reminders?

Patients can confirm by clicking 1 or voicing their confirmation. Next, the confirmation is routed back to your Doctible system, and your office can confirm the appointment before syncing with your EHR.

How are voice messages recorded?

Outgoing Messages created by your "script" are read when the patient answers their phone. If they do not answer, it is recorded to their voicemail.
