The visit was fine. Dr. Woolf was patient and informative as usual. The staff are pleasant and professional. The only thing I didn’t like was not being informed about the cost attached to trying on contact lenses which was $40. Had I known there was a cost associated with trying them on I would’ve declined to. However, the option was taken from me because I didn’t know until the end of the visit. Also I need to check with my carrier regarding the co-pay as from looking at my plan there was none. Otherwise the visit was pleasant as usual. I no longer live in the area and drove up, but more than likely next year I will look for an optometrist closer to my current residence.

I was completely satisfied with the doctor and staff. Everyone was so courteous and friendly and I would recommend them to my family and friends.

DR. Brian has a wonderful sense of humor. He is very patient and thorough. The techs were nice as well. The actual tests seemed to be a little nerve wracking. I realize that there's not a real solution for that. It's a very nice and professional atmosphere.

You fit me in on Saturday last minute when no one else would and I learned I had a partially detached retina. If I had waited or not gotten in, I would have probably lost vision in my left eye for good. The doctor put me into immediate contact with a retina specialist who saw me on Sunday morning for outpatient surgery and Sunday night at 8 pm. Your teams quick action and sound advice saved my vision. I have two young children and will be forever thankful. I can’t thank you enough. REALLY LIKE YOUR OFFICE AND ALL MOST EVERYONE IS NICE. HOWEVER MADE MY MIND UP TO NEVER RETURN. THERE IS ONE LADY THERE THAT IS VERY POOR TO SAY THE LEAST WITH CLIENT SERVICE. I REFERED MY SON TO THE OFFICE LAST YEAR. HE IS VERY POLITE AND WAS RUNNING LATE (10 MINUTES) DUE TO TRAFFIC SO HE CALLED AND SAID "TRAFFICS BAD BE THERE ABOUT 10 MINUTES LATE. THE SHORT DARK HAIR LADY TOLD HIM UPON ARRIVING. THAT THERE IS NO TRAFFIC IN A NASTY WAY WHEN HE APOLOGIZED AT THE COUNTER. I OVER LOOKED THIS INCIDENT. HOWEVER I EXPERIENCED HER RAFT AND RUDE REMARK UPON MY VISIT THIS YEAR. DINNER WANTED MY MEDICAL CARD AND I ASKED WHY EACH TIME I COME IN I HAVE TO VERIFY THE SAME INFO ,I DON'T AT MY DOCTORS OR DENTIST. THE NEXT DAY I CALLED ALL INFORMATION IN FROM WORK OF MY MEDICAL AS REQUESTED. THE FOLLOWING DAY ARRIVING THAN TESTING I LEFT AND HEADED TO THE PARKING LOT MS. RUDE CAME SLAMMING ONTO THE PARKING LOT TELL ME THAT I WAS THE GUY THAT GAVE THEM THE "DISERTATION "AND THEY HAVE NO INFORMATION LIKE I WAS SOME SECOND CLASS CITIZEN. I SAID NOT A WORD AND CAME BACK INSIDE AND SHE REPERMANDED ME UNTIL AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES SHE REALIZED SHE WAS WRONG. WOW WOW WOW NONE THAT IS A PAYING CUSTOMER SHOULD BE TREATED THIS WAY ESPECIALLY SOMEONE WHO HAS GREAT INSURANCE AND PROVIDED SEVERAL REFERRALS. EVEN THOUGH THE COMPLETE OFFICE IS NICE I DON'T WANT TO BE TREATED AS THOUGH SHE IS DOING ME A FAVOR. EVERY BUSINESS CAN RUN AS IT CHOOSES, SHE OBVIOUSLY HAS BEEN OVERLOOKED. Eye health and help picking out my glasses

My experience with the doctor (Brian) was great. The office experience (especially on a busy Saturday) was also pleasant and 'cozy' - 'thumbs up’!! Unfortunately, the invoice was not explained to me - very important especially since I put out so much money upfront - and it was confusing. I had to figure out for myself what was itemized there and how it matched with my expectations of what was told me I was spending. I didn’t know what the 'courtesy' charges were. At first I thought they were charges that added up to equal the $887 some dollars I paid. I am not sure whether what I paid out was anywhere on the invoice. So the invoice was confusing to me. I had to put it down to ‘analyze’ it later when I had more time! When I did have more time, I did not know that 'transitions' was a separate charge ($110!) and different and in addition to what I understood was the lens or part of the lens itself. I do not really need it, but I do not know if it was a REQUIRED purchase - so that I could 'get the deal' of a ‘free pair of lenses’ - or if I could have opted out of ‘that feature'. [I do not know whether the 'free pair' of lenses will even have this applied to them or not - it wasn't listed on the invoice at all]. Understanding the invoicing is a very important aspect of making such an expensive purchase, whether one is being sold something they don’t need/want or not. I hope this helps you all in doing great business even better in the future. Everything else was awesome! Thank you and keep up the good work!!

Didn’t wait long, my test were performed by a great tech and Dr. Levy was ready for me. Everything flowed very smoothly. The only thing is the selection of glasses for me were slim and none. To me all the glasses basically looked alike so I used a old pair of glasses that I had.

Looking for excellent care and to be treated like family? Visit Woolf and Woolf. I found a smaller office with a BIG emphasis on treating me (Keratoconus)with the utmost care and not just a faceless patient (like many offices in the area). I especially recommend Dr. Levy for any Keratoconus or Corneal Disease issues--you will not be disappointed.

I appreciate that the doctor and staff all answered my questions and maDE me at ease during my examination, test results review, and eyewear questions. Will definitively recommend thid practice to my friends and family.

Everyone is always very pleasant in the office however the girl who checked me in rubbed me the wrong way from the moment I walked in the door. She was very abrasive when she spoke and portrayed a tone and body language as if she was being "bothered". I took note of this with others who came in after me as well.

I like the change and friendly staff...the guy with glasses was very helpful...i just wish you all had more selections of mens frames....Polo..Burberry..Tom Ford...but I will order them and bring them into the center to get my prescriptions in them.
