I visited Winterset for the first time on Feb. 27, 2020 and I was very impressed with the facility and prompt service. They tried to help me out with the out of pocket expense with being out of network. Which the financial coordinator did. The technical equipment was highly innovated. I have never been to a dental office with high end equipment.

My journey with Winterset Dental Care has only just begun. The attention to patient comfort is great. I am currently learning to manage an appliance for what I am told to be about four months. Then the implant process begins. Crossing my fingers that my dental insurance helps with this costly decision! Go Bernie-Medicare For All!!😃

I highly recommend Winterset Dental as they are very professional, caring and they make you feel so comfortable. I’m so happy I decided to go with them as having implants done is a big decision. I also must say that everyone there so nice. Cindy helped me get through my nervousness as she has a special gift if making you feel so calm.

Well, they're clearly great people and I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in. I like the way a plan was explained to me for how to get my teeth back up to par, however, it's pretty expensive. I may be back, but unfortunately it's just not something I can afford right now. I need to look into other options.

First off, I spoke w/ Cindy the receptionist; she was very kind on the phone and w/ the set up of my appt. I told her my needs & concerns and she gave me an appt. right away. When I showed up for my appt. Everyone was so nice and attentive. Starting w/ Melissa; dentist assistant was very patient, concerned and handled me w/ care. Dr. Agarwall was so observant, gentle and through with how & what he would do things in my exam. Did not leave ANY info. out. I Love this place and would absolutely recommend this place. The price is a little outrageous and I would like a second opinion. However, if I was ok financially I would definitely go to Winterset. Thank you all for your Great customer service. You made me feel so comfortable.
