Doctor and receptionists are awesome! I am not happy with all the construction going on! The office had a calming effect when I started. Now it feels like a sanitarium to me! The fish and sayings ion the walls are gone! To me the customer should feel relaxed and comfortable when they are there for treatment. One week it’s one door the next week it’s a different door. Always feel better after a chiro visit. I do still need a copy of my receipt for taxes. Dr. Jacobi was not able to print one at my visit. I'd appreciate it if a copy could be emailed to me.

I enjoyed the stretches and believe the adjustments fixed some locked vertebral facets. I was however saddened to learn Wickwire will be unable to associate massage treatment with their chiropractic adjustments for the purposes of insurance claims. I have found massages after the chiropractic adjustment to provide a more complete treatment by breaking the cycle of clenched muscles that can arise with skeletal mis-alignment. I think you would only need to try it once to see the value.

Dr. Davis is pretty thorough asking for the person's expectations and then explaining what he can accomplish and then how he plans to do so. He takes his time and makes sure you are comfortable the whole way through. Most importantly, he delivers!

Since I started going to Wickwire back in December, my issues with numbness in my arms and hands has dramatically decreased - no more waking up in the middle of the night in severe pain. The pain in my neck and shoulders has dramatically been reduced and I can lift my arms above my head without pain.

Friendly reception as you enter the business. Once I she helped getting me checked in then showed me which room to go to The Doctor came in went over my pictures from the previous week, then went over our plan of action for the next few weeks.

It’s always great to get an adjustment. Even if I think I didn’t need one. I feel better when I leave.

Lee takes the time to explain what's going on, pointing out in one instance how the pain I was experiencing in my lower back was driven by an issue higher up in the spine. He's always very good about explaining issues in detail. Which I appreciate. The work on my wrists has noticeably improved my carpal tunnel issues, extending the time I have to use my hands in specific problematic situations before the numbness sets in. It's also good to see him sharing his techniques with his staff.

Beautiful new bldg. I had a bruised rib so needed a gentle adjustment. I got gentle that produced the results I wanted. Also was educated in what was going on in my body. Treatment effective. 5 ⭐️

Service and staff is very friendly. I went to the Marion location but I think it could use a few things. With winter coming coat racks will be a much needed thing both in the lobby and the bathroom. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom is barely in the wall so that could be anchored down a bit better. The paper towel holder seemed to have stopped dispensing paper towels even though it was clear that it hadn't run out yet. While I like the location it seems there were some basics that may have been overlooked. Wait time was a bit longer than expected on a non kids day.

I have been Dr Wickwire’s patient for 8.5 years. I’ve been to many other chiropractors and still had a lot of issues. I feel a lot better since I’ve been seeing Dr Wickwire. He doesn’t “jerk” my neck like a lot of others did. He listens to what’s bothering you and does a great job “fixing” it! I don’t have to take ibuprofen after my treatments with him!

I have been seeing Dr. Nicole lately these past few times I have gone. Previously I have seen Dr. Wickwire. Both chiropractors have been wonderful to me. Last week I had a appointment at 430 and when I got off work it was almost 430. I called and informed them I was going to be late and Dr. Nicole was still able to see me even though I ended being late. The staff has been wonderful ever since I have been going here. Katie I have had a personal experience with and she has been super helpful and nice to me always. She is so cheerful and happy and I always see her having a smile on her face no matter what. I also had the chance to see the new building and it looks wonderful.

Very friendly staff and extremely willing to assist. I just dropped in and they were quick to answer questions with very little delay.

All the doctors are great! I’ve seen all three, but I typically see Dr. Nicole! They’re very good at being able to get me in when I feel a headache coming on. It’s also helped a lot with clearing up my seasonal allergies and vertigo! Hands down best chiropractic office I’ve ever been to!
