My first appointment with Dr Arnoldt was a great experience. I was welcomed by his kind staff who assisted me with care and patience. And-Dr Arnoldt is a doctor hard to find. From past experiences, doctors and specialists fail to explain to their clients what's going on/what will happen. This makes one uncomfortable and like someone is ruling their mouth/body... But Dr Arnoldt is different! He took the time to explain why my wisdom teeth need to be removed. He showed me the x-ray and answered all my questions patiently. The staff was absolutely amazing! I was always greeted with a friendly and personable welcome. I was referred to by first name on site (which is a rarity in the business)and was cared for with the utmost respect. Dr shay and crew are a breath of fresh air, and will recommend them to anyone and everyone who might need the assistance they successfully provide.

From the front desk people to the dental assistants and the doctor himself this is a top notch operation. Making an appointment was fast and easy. Upon arrival I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable receptionist. Once in the chair I was very well taken care of by a friendly tech. The doctor was terrific and performed several extractions quickly with no issues. Now less than 24 hours later I feel great. No pain or discomfort at all.

I checked in at 9 a.m. and was taken around 9:15. Got my x-rays and then saw the dentist he reviewed what I needed done and then I went to the dental hygienist. Only thing I taught was wrong they said I needed a filling I thought that would have been done on the same day other than that everything was good thank you

Ever since I started my dental work the service and results have been outstanding. I’ve never had a better smile and my confidence has received a major boost! It feels great to be able to smile again.

My dentist made me feel very comfortable and explained clearly what the goals of care would be. I like that someone also came in to explain the financial part of it so that I am clear about which was covered by my health plan, which might be covered by the grant and what is my out of pocket cost so I can make the decision.

Visit was good. Pain and discomfort that afternoon and next day. No one can see me until after weekend. That is not good.

Ive been here before with my son. This was my first time as an patient. The girls at the desk seem a bit friendlier than before. Brenda is honestly the best! It was busy, but she was multi tasking and getting things done so quick, and even helping her co worker, who seemed to be new. The dental hygienist isn't too friendly, or welcoming. The Dentist was great! He has such a great personality and seems to really like what he does. The wait wasn't long at all. The only issue I really had was with the Dental Assistant- she took my XRays and wasn't gentle at all. I told her, and she completely ignored me. Then when she realized she didn't take good pics, because of the discomfort I was expierncing. She had to do the process all over again, and use different equipment, because when I told her what she was putting in my mouth was fitting, she used something smaller. Overall it's ok here, just some minor things that needs to be addressed.

I had a wonderful experience and Dr.Markovitch has my complete confidence that he can give me my smile back! The staff was great. Friendly, courteous and efficient. The bldg. however needs updating. While the office was nice, the bathroom was surprisingly outdated and you were forced to touch everything.

Hi Folks, Although I simply came in for a cleaning and exrays, (beeing my first initial visit) I left feeling that the total experience was very professional in every aspect, with everyone I encountered.. The cleaning was excellent and thorough. They also took about 20 x-rays.. The dentist Shay Markowitz spent time with me afterwards to discuss his findings and observations. He seemed genuine and trustworthy even had a sense of humor. Was easy to talk to; personable man. I plan to maintain a relationship with this clinic, and am very happy to have found a new dentist I feel comfortable with. Best dentist I’ve ever been to. They do the most possible to help you. I’ve had dentist lie and tell me I can’t get certain stuff done because of my condition just not do it but in this dentist it’s different whatever they cannot do they will recommend a specialist that can.

The staff was accommodating and courteous. Very professional , yet made me feel comfortable. Most importantly the equipment and dental offices appeared clean and sterile . Staff washed their hands and followed correct safety / hygiene procedures . I’ll be back for follow up.
