My experience with this West Hill Dental was very professional and extremely positive. I hadn't been to the dentist in a while and wasn't sure what to expect, but Dr. Zaifman and Dr. Chang put at ease. I’ve been to the West Hill Dental office in the Bronx a few times and have always found the staff very friendly and the doctors always answered any questions that I may have had. On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, they are a 100. Without hesitation I can truly say that West Hill Dental excelled on every level and I will be back for my dental care.

My experience at the West Hill Dentist was fast, they took me in right away. Everyone there is friendly and informative. I love the reminder text they message me from four days ahead right until the day of my appointment. That is really helpful. I was invited to an event and because of the text reminder I was able to tell them I can't make it, I have a dentist appointment.
