On our recent visit, we saw Dr Muller. The exam as always was excellent. I did not appreciate being told numerous times that I should not be buying my child's glasses online. It is fine for the doctor to tell me once and explain, but multiple times after I have already explained our financial situation made me angry. I will not book any future appointments with Dr. Muller. I do not need to be lectured and meant to feel like a neglectful parent for knowing our budget. I have not had this experience with any of the other doctors.

exam is great, employees are well-versed and knowledgeable. I think the eyeglasses are expensive and I don't know why? I would like to have prescription sunglasses and a spare set of glasses but it cost too much

Dr. Billings was outstanding! She was very thorough and I truly feel I was in very good and capable hands. She was also very personable and took her time explaining things. I never felt she was rushed to move on to the person. Definitely what a doctor should be!

While I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff and the doctor, the undisclosed, Mandatory non-insurance-covered, $40 testing charge will be enough for me to get my contacts and never go back. You should really tell your patients that you're going to charge them before you charge them.

I was very impressed with the office and staff since it was my first visit and not sure what to expect - I made the right decision. I was treated with the utmost respect from check in to check out by the entire staff. I also was impressed that you have someone there that is able to help the patient pick out new frames.

The woman who ran a lot of tests on my eyes was very quick, professional, and friendly. Dr. Triebel was very thorough and explained things well. I felt like they had my best interests in mind.
