When looking for glasses. I was seeking a very feminine pair that accented my chubby face. I found them at Vision First Eye Care Specialists. I tried on glasses for several minutes without pressure from anyone to hurry up, buy or leave. Heather helped me to chose the right ones out three choices. When I finally came to final chioce. In the most friendliest and sweet voice she says, "Let me see. I'm not going to let you leave here looking without looking nice". That made me feel valuable and more than just a customer. Which I did not experience at other optical stores. My Vision Care insurance is very uncommon. Heather was familiar and knowledgeable about this insurance. Without looking it up my information she was able to tell me what my insurance plan would cover. I did not have my eye exam there, but, was still able to purchase the perfect pair of glasses for myself that look absolutely fabulous on me.My glasses were ready for pickup sooner than expected. After a week of wearing them. I had to come back and have my glasses adjusted. Heather did this without any hesitation.
