Every time I’ve come here, the ladies that walk me back and perform the exams, are so nice. They are gentle and informative, answering any questions I may have. The only complaint I have is the lady at the front desk. She was not friendly at all. She did not greet me and I had to be overly friendly to get her to acknowledge me. Other than that, very pleasant experience. Thank you!!

The MRI tech was very kind and personable. Very professional. I was extremely nervous, but he made the procedure comforttae.

The whole process was extremely efficient and the staff was very friendly. This was my first time getting an MRI. I didn’t rate a 5 because I would have liked for someone to walk me through the process and what to expect from the exam itself.

Radiological Technician Nathan did very well in positioning my left knee, so that the MRI machine would get the best possible images for diagnostic purposes.

The new machine was nice. The medical personnel was excellent. However I was asked to sign that I received the privacy policy. When I asked about that, since I hadn’t received it, I was told that the sign that says “ more privacy available” meant I had to ask for a privacy policy. When I tried to explain to the receptionist that the sign indicated that I could have more privacy during the exam, she didn’t understand. I had hoped to clarify that with her, but it was of no use. Perhaps someone with the organization can clarify that for her or change the wording of the sign if indeed it does mean one must ask for the written privacy policy rather than ask for privacy during the exam

I appreciated the efficiency and skill of the technician. She was also respectful and professional in caring for me. I appreciated the timelines of keeping to the appointment schedule. I would like it even better if I could be a part of the scheduling process. The appointment was set for a very inconvenient day in my schedule.

The staff was curtious and professional. I got into my appt without a long wait and the technitian that did the MRI was curtious, knowledgeable, explained clearly the procedure to be done and what to expect. I was comfortable and felt I was in good hands. Also, the cleanliness of the facility was excellent.

From the reception through the mammogram and leaving the facility was exceptionally friendly. Everything was clean and tidy. No problems here.

I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The front desk personnel were very pleasant and the technician explained the procedure to me in a way even I could understand. I was able to get an appointment very quickly once the scan was authorized by my insurance. The two technicians were polite and caring and made sure along the way to explain to me what would be happening next. It is not a difficult procedure to go through, but they did a good job of helping me to be at ease. The preliminary results were ready very promptly for my doctor to view.

It is the only one in the 75 mile ratio's that has a open MRI and I drive 35 miles one way to go to it. the people are so very nice, friendly, and very considerate on the needs of the people, I tell every one about how great it is. and there is no long wait to get in to have your test done.....
