Started and ended the exam on time

Everyone was very friendly and efficient. The examine itself was thorough and I was given a reasonable amount of options to purchase contact lenses. I brought in my old glasses that needed to be adjusted for a upcoming surgery ( 2 hours after this appointment) but they were too fragile to be adjusted. The glasses technician was able to help me get a new pair of glasses on the spot, this was the highlight of my day.

It has been my good fortune to have such a great staff and doctor to care for my precious eyes.

Everyone was very very nice. The day we went they seemed very busy but their system is so very organized that they took me back for my appointment on time. Everything was well done. Only snag is the waiting time to have the lenses cut. That means if U had more than one person waiting in line, it will take much longer. Of course given that the client is using frames not bought at Ur location. Being fair in that way. Staff are pleasant. Location is proper & clean.

First time at Vienna Eyecare Center. Immediately had reception from cordial and helpful front desk staff. Filled out paperwork and once complete was taken by the tech for the pre exam tests, professionally handled and then was taken to the exam room. My wife and I visited the Vienna Eyecare Center for the first time, and we were both very pleased with the professional treatment we received, the kind assistance from the pleasant staff, and the price when all was said and done. Eye exams were personal, thorough, efficient and painless. We also had great help and guidance on our frame selections. We did not feel rushed, or as if we were “customers #837 & #838” during this most important (at least to us) part of the visit. Overall, we are so glad we decided to visit this local eyecare center and Doctor’s office, instead of the usual, much larger national eye care centers.
