Visit was great, but the follow up communication is disappointing. I was pleased with the doctor as she was very informative and thorough throughout the examination. However, I was disappointed with the follow up. I had a question about whether a follow up procedure would be covered by insurance, so I called and left a message 15 min after my visit ended around 10am on Friday. It is now end of business on Monday and I have not received a response.

Dr Bal & staff did a through investigation of my dental needs along with a roadmap and sequence of priorities and cost for treatment.

The staff is always friendly and professional. They answer my questions. They are also cheerful 😃 and that tells me they enjoy 😉 their work and that reflects on their patients’ care.

Friendly staff! As soon as patients walk in they are greeted with smiles. Wait time is reasonable and easy. Staff is knowledgeable and skillful. Procedures are explained simply before treatments. Follow ups and next appointments are done well. A great dental 🦷 place

The most comprehensive dental exam I have ever had. I found out more things about my teeth (receeding gums, needing to have a mouth guard due to grinding) than I ever had. It was professional, and efficient. I walked into the office thinking I'd never come back for a follow up because it's too far away and walked out thinking I'd never go anywhere else. Thanks.

I like how the staff is friendly as soon as I walk inside the office. My questions are answered, even if I ask repeatedly for my own clarification. The dental services have been well done in professional and friendly manners. The place is clean and well kept. Cleanliness is important for any type of medical services. I have observed and feel tools and supplies are sterile. A great place for dental services!

The dental office has very warm greeting front office staff. The hygienist and dentist are always ensuring the patient is comfortable and understanding the various stages of the procedures. Great music is always in the background.

I always feel great when I come to the dentist because everyone is so wonderful. And I feel great when I leave the dentist because my teeth are so clean and I feel so healthy.
