You made me feel as comfortabe as I could be, explained everything to me. You told me what the problem was after taking xrays & pictures of my teeth and what could be done to fix it, in detail. It was impressive to see how technology has changed so much that I could view each picture of my teeth while sitting in the chair up close and personal on the monitor or computer. You gave me options and your honest opinion concerning what to do with my infected tooth. You gave me a choice on whether to save it with a root canal or to have it extracted due to bad corrosion. I decided what I wanted you to do. You were patient with me, & I really appreciated that. The staff was excellent! You were very professional, courteous, & humorous. I liked that because I believe laughter is a healing factor. I was very nervous at first, but it soon went away. You cared for me and my mouth in such a way that I barely felt pain. Also, a member of your staff called me to find out how I am doing the next day, today. You were fantastic with my care. I look forward to my next visit and to getting other work done to fix my teeth. Thank you so much! You all were great!
