Everyone is very friendly here, especially Jean and Debbie. Love talking to them.

Employees are always nice. Wait time is usually ok. However my wait time was 45mins and I had to reschedule. I didn't have 2 Hours to waste. I'm sure there was a reasonable explanation but would have liked to have been told the wait was going to be longer than usual so that I didn't have to sit there for 45 mins. Other than that one time I have not had any issues and like the office.

Hygienist is really good. The expansion of the office and decor is very cozy. It would be better though if the front reception area had a better scent.

The Union City location is always very personable, from the front desk to the patient's chair. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable and also gave me feedback on how to maintain my teeth.
