Staff was nice and friendly. The dental hygienist explained everything to me making me feel comfortable. I arrived a few minutes earlier than my scheduled appointment and my wait time was not very long. Yes, I did notice some missing/broken floor tiles as other reviews said but that didn't take away from my experience.

The dental work completed this past Saturday was complicated but the doctor and staff were kind, attentive and kept me informed of what they were doing. They were also knowledgeable and helpful with the insurance and my questions before surgery. My mouth is feeling better than it has in years and I am still healing. Went in for wisdom teeth extractions and was seen right away. It took longer than expected but that’s because of my teeth and not the surgeon. My surgeon and his aid her great and patient. Very nice and professional staff. I get really anxious when it comes to dental visits but I was quickly put at ease.

Everyone is usually very nice and polite. The girls that helped my daughter with her braces always talk to her and make her feel comfortable. The only thing town and country needs more work on is the receptionists have to be more friendly.
