Can’t say enough good about you all. I think Tower is the only medical office I’ve visited that is always on time, which means a lot to me. Even more important is the quality treatment. I’m 57 and this is the only dentist office I’ve ever been to! I think Dr. Behrens was there when I started going. One comment as an aside, I’ve gotten into the habit of showing up an hour or so early and walking around my old stomping grounds at UT before my appointment. So if there’s a car in your lot when you get there, if I have an appointment on that day it may be mine, so please don’t tow it!

Your courtesy and kindness make every appointment very pleasant. I know I can count on getting an excellent cleaning every visit, your staff is the best.

I think the care I get is great, but I do wish when Dr. Burrow comes in the room he would remove his face mask before he does the exam. It’s weird not seeing his entire face!

Dental hygeinist was great cleaning my teeth, very thorough and didn't hurt at all! Then doc came in for a check up, and made sure there were no cavities. Per usual, felt right at home with the office and the provider. Doc told me about his kids, how they were going trunk or treating, and what he had going on, and we had good conversation about what's happening in his and my world. Was able to connect about teeth and more. Even scheduled my next cleaning when i was there, with flexibility and ease. I love that office! This was all on a call in a few hours ago! I had called in for an appointment and they had a cancellation, and it worked out! They never have a problem getting you in!

The dental hygentist was very nice but so extremely rough on my teeth & gums while cleaning and flossing. My gums were sore for 2 days following. This has never happened previously, and I do not believe it was due to excessive tarter. My last appointment was 6 months ago.
