I hope this isn't public. I am having a really hard time with how far I am put back into the chair. I feel like I am being waterboarded and it is very difficult for me to stifle the choking. Is there any way that I do not have to lay so far back and upside down ( it feels like)? Otherwise, I really have had very pleasant experiences with your practice. Thank you. Margaret Costello

Dr Ben, Heidi, Dawn and the rest of the staff are outstanding.

My appointment was at 4:00pm yesterday, I got there at 4:00pm, but was not called after waiting 10 minutes because the nurse was still with other patient. Usually, I don't care waiting longer, But I had a group meeting at 5:00pm. If I waited to be called, I would be late for the meeting. So I told the lady sitting at the front desk, she quickly made an arrangement to have other nurse to clean my teeth. The job was well done and I didn't miss the group meeting. Thanks for the quick reaction and adjustment.

Your staff took very good care of me when I fell out side of your office. The tooth I came to have repaired your dentist said it could not be repaired with out lot of expensive work. It was repaired by my old dentist in about 1/2 hour for very little money..

Dr Ben is terrific. It’s clear that I’m getting first-class care. I very much like the before, during, and after pictures. The presence and care from the assistant, Layla (spelling?), is much appreciated - always there and ready to make me comfortable. Also, from the last visit, I appreciated the careful and accurate estimate of cost from the receptionist/office manager person.
