Dr Cho was a hero who took me in as an emergency case. I called around endlessly that morning and I finally found someone. And not just anyone. He was kind, funny, energetic. The appt was long for me. Novacaine wore off toward the end. I think another shot would have helped with gums. My gums were really sore. I ended up using one of the Pain pills from the Endodentist. Also, worried a bit about having a cracked tooth. I'm hoping it was ok to leave it under the crown. Everything else was great. I was really happy to get one crown taken care of. Thanks to all.

There's several things I'd like to say about my visits to Dr. Theodore Cho's office. First of all they are so punctual with their appts. I can honestly say that I feel very special in the way they take care of me, but I know they take care of all their patients this way. All the staff & assistants are amazing. They go over & beyond the call of duty. As good as it gets when it comes to dental work! How many people can say they enjoy going to the dentist? Well, I can!

Rita is an excellent hygienist. I have yet to have a procedure done by Dr. Cho—but now that I have a cavity I will have an opportunity to experience my dentist first hand. Everyone is welcoming and the office is cheerful.

I had to cacnel my teeth cleaning visit because of a bad head cold. Although didn't give more than 2 hours notice, I wasn't charged, and I got the next "slot" in good time. Good patient care!

Teeth cleaning....always professional

Dr. Cho and his staff were very welcoming to us when we arrived there from WI on a Fri afternoon. My bridge was failing so he fit me in to see what needed to be done...on the following Mon. He did some heroic things to save my bridge...plus my husband had his teeth cleaned. All the time Dr Cho was cheery & thoroughly explained things & his staff was very accommodating and sweet. We were very satisfied with his work, and we also found out he is a Packer fan!!!

Entire staff works in a cohesive and efficient manner from front to back. Dr Cho is good in talking about problems and explaining options and procedures. The office seems very up-to-date with current dental technology. Rita is really great - meticulous and caring. I continue to remain with Dr Cho because he and his staff seem to be genuinely committed to providing quality dental care.

Dr. Cho was very helpful and informative and I appreciated his advice. I removed a star because of the toxic fumes in the office from cleaner fragrances. They made me ill. I suggest that you use fragrance-free cleaners, as I am not the only one who is chemically sensitive. I would like to consider returning to your office but the fumes are a deterrent.

Just walking in the door and I was amazed at how comfortable I felt . Everyone was so friendly! When it came to filling out the paperwork I said I have a hard time writing and the receptionist said I can help you with that amazing I have been to many doctor offices and none have ever helped me so right away I liked the place! When it was time to speak with Dr. Cho he was so friendly he told me some options I had and was I was blown away! Never had anyone talk to me like he did. I truly hate the dentist but I am looking forward to what he is going to do and that is the truth! See you next week!

Was really impressed with Maria at the reception desk. Took the time to listen to me, answer my questions, and took me in for a quick examination when I did not expect that.
