The staff and Dr. RICKS HAVE ALWAYS BEEN CORDIAL. Been a patient for years

I am happy with the results of my root canal done on Wednesday of last week. Dr. Duvual did a marvelous job of completing the job. I hardly feltl any discomfort during the process. Today, I feel almost 100% well! All of the folks including the office staff are very cordial and accommodating! JB

I got a good education on what I should be doing..staff more personable than some previous visits...it does make a difference in case you were wondering...I felt as if I was getting professional care from professional people

Was very impressed with the help there. I was a new patient . Both times I needed to come in , I was able to get appointments the same day I called .

All went well with appt, except for the Floride. I was told it will be sticky but wasn’t informed that it would leave a awful white film on my teeth (wasnt expecting it). I had to go to work with film on teeth. Eventually about 2 hrs later I brushed my teeth because I couldn’t stand it and it was embarrassing. In all the years going to dentist I never had this experience.

I moved to another county over a year ago and still drive back to Village Dental for all my work. I will continue to do so for as long as possible

My visit went as well as a dentist visit could 😬 but When the dentist called to check on me (not the receptionist) I was truly shocked. That never happens. Such a personal affect. He was very nice & definitely patient guy.

The dentist and staff are great! They do a complete exam, and clearly explain all your needed dental work. I also appreciate the through exam of my mouth to ensure and check for any abnormal health issues. It is another line of defense against medical issues that that some dentists no longer take the time to do. Thanks for helping me stay healthy!

Everyone is so pleasent. The office is clean and the dental team does good work. I am very comfortable there.

Questions answered, treatments explained, I like the laser teeth cleaning instead of the old scraping method. Staff is always friendly and professional.

Office is neat and lots of current magazines to look through, but I never get through one because they are always so prompt in getting me into the dental chair! All the staff is very friendly and everyone greets you with big smiles. I have been quite happy with the outcome of every appointment I have had at this office!
