I had an appointment yesterday and it was not like other doctors at all; my appointment was on schedule (really a few minutes before the scheduled time). I liked it very much when Mister tries on whatever his name is the doctor broke it down and explained it when I was looking on the computer at the pictures of the back of my eye no one ever broke it down and explained that to me even when I went the first time to LensCrafter and there's post of the worldwide big eye doctor you know and they didn't even do what he done I really I really I really like that maybe understand cuz your eyes are very important part of your body and I thank you very much for that and I hope my glasses get back before 2 weeks but thank you very much

First of all we were a day early driving from Crestview, and they were gracious enough to work us in without hesitation due to our error. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile & great customer service. The optical tech that checked my niece Jacey’s eyes was the friendliest young female I’ve ever seen in this type of business. Very helpful & personable. The physician that did her exam answered all of our questions and explained thoroughly the change in her prescription. And finally to the sweet girl that helped my niece pick out her 2 pair of glasses. We will be back and recommend others to this office as well. The awesomeness displayed by the staff was just what my 13 year old niece needed to experience on what could’ve been a wasted day because of my “date” mistake. Y’all rock!! ❤️😃

The glasses side were helpful on figuring out how to improve my prescription sunglasses from my last visit that were making me dizzy. I only had them 9 months but that was apparently too late to fix the bifocal line and I had to order tinted single correction lenses. We’ll see if that is successful.

Dr.Terrezza is wonderful, I have been going to him for over 15 years. His staff is always changing, yesterday when I was there one of his staff told me I could not have a test that I have had for 6 years at the same time I get my eye exam. She never once said I will ask Dr. Terrezza, she kept telling me my insurance does not pay for it. I was really up set and left the office came home and called my insurance and called back his office.She said I had to make another appt to get it done and I did 2 weeks from now. In the mean time she speaks to Dr. Terrezza and he has been doing that test for me for years. What ever happened to the customer is always right! There is more I could say but plan talking with Dr. Terrezza myself on my extra visit I have to make. Disappointed! Gave 3 stars because of Dr. TERREZZA not his staff.

I normally go to the palafox location but I will most likely return to the Fairfield office. The office staff at this office is by far nicer than any other office I have visited. I have been seeing dr Terrezza since I was 14. I trust him without question! I really enjoyed having Kat and hope that she will be the assistant for all my follow up care.

I do think the glasses are a bit expensive, especially for those of us on a fixed income, but have no issues with the care I have received there and would recommend them highly.

This year I was able to arrive early For My Appt's so I got to pick my glasses frame's before my eyes were dilated. Which turned out great.
