Nice care

I'm thankful for Dr. Ha & his staff. It is a 70 mile trip one way for me, and i pass many dental offices on the way. I'm sure there are fine dentists & friendly offices along the way, i've tried some; but i find Tahoe Dental Arts to be the best place for me.

I felt comfortable from the get go and they run everything by you so your not in leaving your pockets empty and everyone is smiling instead.

Everything went well, but my gums around the temporary crown are still very sore. I am using a salt water mouth rinse, Tylenol and Benzocaine oral anesthetic.

My appointment started on time. Everyone was professional and personable. The work was done with great accuracy and smooth. Their knowledge of dentistry is exceptional.

The office was able to obtain my records from my previous dentist in PA so Dr Ha honored my request to hold on getting X-rays this visit. THANKS! When I arrived, the staff recognized me and said “Good morning, Janelle!” Very soon I was brought in for my treatment even though I had arrived early. The staff treated me with great respect. They seem to go “above and beyond” what I expect in going to the dentist! I appreciate them all!

We were visiting Tahoe on vacation and this office helped out in an emergency in very short notice. Great staff!

I always bring a book with me to appointments, just in case I have to wait. There was no waiting! I was brought in to the office, given what I needed from the doctor, and soon I was on my way again. They are thoughtful and efficient. The work on my teeth is coming along nicely.

Very happy with my experience. All of the staff members are courteous. Lisa has a great attention to detail when she was cleaning my teeth and Dr. Ha is very nice. He explained to me what needs to be done and what's best for my teeth. Highly recommended!

Had a teeth cleaning and it was very comfortable. Technician was quick and thorough and priced very reasonably. Dr. Ha shows real concern every time I am there. Have had a veneer replacement in the past that was very satisfactory.

Tahoe Dental Arts and Dr. Chris Ha are the best! I have cavity-prone teeth, so I feel very lucky to be a longtime patient there, for many reasons. I was shown the "Perio-aid2" and how to use it, has helped my teeth and gums a lot! Top-notch dental care!

Great service and the staff is awesome

The fluoride coating came off within an hour and I was supposed to brush it off after 4 hours. Was expecting less sensitivity based on what my hygienist told me. But still the same. Maybe another treatment?
