Dr. Kris put me at ease even though having two crowns done was very stressful. She is a very gifted dentist who knows exactly what to do even when thrown a curve ball like finding an amalgam under one of the crowns. I wouldn’t trust anyone but her to remove the amalgam safely.

As always, Dr. Kris is fantastic. She squeezed me into her schedule after an accident that knocked out my front tooth. She found a lab that could put that tooth on a partial overnight. Outstanding and very caring treatment. Highly recommend.

I've always been fond of Dr. Kris. What I was very unhappy about was that I only found out when I came in for an appointment, that the office was no longer dealing with Delta Dental in the same way. Had I been notified when you changed your policy earlier in the year, I would have saved over a thousand dollars. It would have been greatly appreciated if I would have had the chance to change my dental insurance in enough time to have my dental work covered. This is really unacceptable.

Always a great experience! I drive 40 miles to this place, because it is the only true biological, holistic dental facility in the Bay Area. I am very thankful for the health they have provided for me and my family!

I love Sunnyvale Dental Group for its holistic dental practices and I highly recommend it to all of our friends and family! All four of our kids (ages 8-13) love having their teeth cleaned by Lynn. She is very knowledgeable, gentle and through. Dr Kris does outstanding work and uses proven materials that won't damage your health! She recently replaced my last two amalgams with porcelain. They match so well that you can no longer tell I have fillings in my teeth and I had absolutely no negative health repercussions during or after the removal (despite being sensitive).

Believe me, I wouldn’t drive from Auburn, three hours away, if I wasn’t incredibly happy with Sunnyvale Dental Group. Also, since I have cancer, it’s very important to me to not use anything toxic. Nothing that is used in this practice is toxic to the patient. I highly recommend this dental group.

Dr. Helado was willing to forego additional x-rays at my request. She explained in detail what she would do re filing my cavity, and potential future problems since it was close to the nerve. She was compassionate and so far the tooth feels fine.

The best dentist I have had throughout my life. I have absolutely terrible teeth. Childhood in Russia when food was scarce and simply often unavailable. As a result I barely have any intact teeth in my mouth. So I've been visiting various dentists in US for the past 28 years. Dr Cris is by far the most reasonable of them all. She is not in this business for the money, she is for helping you feeling ok during your procedure and to make your teeth feel great after it's over. Highly recommend!

My scheduled appointment was cancelled by the office for the second time. It took about six phone calls to reach the office to schedule a new appointment. My phone calls kept being rerouted to the office answering service.

Last visit, Lynn was great as usual -- very helpful and awesome with sensitive teeth and gums (where non-enamel is exposed). Had to get fillings this time, but Dr. Kris fit me into the schedule on the spot, and made sure that the experience wasn't too bad. The admin staff was also very helpful and professional. Sunnyvale Dental Group is really a cut above the other dentist offices I've attended...

I love Lynn Santos, my Dental Hygenist. Not only do I get an excellent cleaning of my teeth, I always come away with something new to try to keep my mouth healthier. I travel from three hours away because I believe in holistic dentistry and I believe in what they offer. They are definitely one of the best holistic dental group in Northern California.

Had to wait between cleaning and exam as two separate appointments. Usually when I go to the dentist it is treated as one appointment. You do not need to wait then go to a new room.

I arrived exactly st the time. I felt relief but the x-ray person eased me and relaxed. She did the x-rays exactly and none had to be redone. And have to mention the Ozone treatment that has got me healed infection and complication free. One of the few clinics that use this treatment. Appreciate all they do.

My hygienist is Karen, who is very organized and focused. She always reviews my past history at the beginning of our session and keeps detailed records of what we need to work on moving forward. My experiences with Karen are always very motivating and she does a great deal to help me keep my teeth.

I loved how the exam by the dentist was so thorough! Usually at other dentists, they just breeze in and out and don't really take much time with you. But here, the dentist explained to me what teeth needed special attention, where cavities might develop, and patiently did the exam. The hygienist was really friendly and very gentle during the whole process. Would definitely recommend!

I have given you feedback twice since I've been there. Here it is once again. Thanks to Lynn's excellent semi-annual cleaning, I have had no dental problems nor have I had to visit the dentist at all in the past 9 years.

Dr Chris is outstanding. The needles do not hurt and she does expert work! Plus she is a really nice person.

I called the office two times to remind them importance of being honest with my child when explaining procedures yet message still did not get conveyed to assistant who upset my child by telling him lead x ray vest is for drool instead of to protect him from radiation, which he is fully aware of already. Not being honest with kids who are aware already errodes trust and makes it difficult for parent to keep emotions of child in check. Wonder how I should go about getting these messages through to appropriate individuals prior to the appointments?
