I was lucky enough to meet both new doctors at Sunbury dental plaza in one week. Their sanitary office, fabulous staff, from the front desk, the hygienist, definently the doctors are the reason I continue to have my dental care at their facility. This was my first experience with the new group as the Lovedays retired. Everything was amazing and an actual pleasant experience. They are making sure their patients are safe from the virus! Clean, safe and happy people make a difference.

First of all, you did a great job with my new crown- quick, no pain, and I did not have to have my mouth (with the tricky jaw) open very long! Then when I needed the touch-up filing, you (Dr. Tori) figured correctly that another tooth need filed also. And that was a good call...Now I am comfortably chewing on both sides again. I was very pleased with my appointment except for one thing. It was stressed to me that I needed to be there early because it had been awhile since I had a cleaning. I am in college about 2 hours away so I left class and hurried to your office. I was there about before my 2:00 appt. I had to wait an HOUR before being being seen. I understandthingshapoenbut that just seemed excessive, especially because I did everything I could to get there on time. As for ALL of your staff, they are WONDERFUL!! Amazingly friendly and make you feel goood about coming to the dentist! They are caring and helpful people!!! I hesitated to even tell you how I felt about the wait time because everyone is so super.... don’t tske it as ANY criticism again anyone, just a reminder that I really had to wait a long time. Thanks!

Jenn is the best. If she ever leaves, I’m going with her (as long as she is within a few hours drive). My only complaint was the water used in the cleaning was different this time. It did not tasted good. It can best be described as “backyard hose water.” It’s not normally like this, but this time it was.

You folks do everything well ! Even at the age of 72 , it's always great to visit every 6 months for cleaning and learn the overall status of my choppers ! NOTE : I do not do any type of social media so this is it for my feedback !

I thought maybe they had come up with some new technology but she said nothing had changed. She obviously knows what she is doing which is great if you are the patient. Love this place! 5/5 teeth cleaning. Honestly, idk what was going on during my teeth cleaning. The person doing the cleaning of my teeth was great 5/5 recommend. I was told today I have great teeth by some random chick, I attribute it to my teeth cleaning. While I wish my teeth were whiter, like Dwayne The Rock Johnsons. I understand miracles don’t happen over night. Looking forward to my next appointment.

When a work function prevented me from going to my scheduled appointment, I was told of an appointment that was available earlier the same day. This allowed me to keep to my six month appointment schedule.

Everyone is always great, but I have to call out Laurie individually. I regretfully didn’t realize what was going on until I left so did not thank her in person. My daughter must have mentioned to her previously that she was noticing people calling her a boy because of her new short haircut. Laurie brought Evie in a goodie bag filled with cute earrings and necklaces, many with her initials. She told her that the jewelry will accent her cute haircut and no one would dare think she was a boy. This made Evies day and mine too...Laurie took the time and thought to do something very kind for her patient. Something that will stick with us. You are lucky to have such a kind, caring, thoughtful employee and we are lucky to be her and your patients!

I think your group does a great job. I feel every person in your group is interested in the customer and the best possible outcome. As you know my whole family comes there and a lot of my friends as well. Recently I brought one my employees in with a broken tooth to see if you could take a quick look and schedule him in at a later date. It was late in the day and you guys not only took a look you pulled it as well. This was a big help to me because he is supervisor and was able to work the following day. My crown came off over the weekend. I called at 8 am Monday and, even though Dr. Dave was not in for the week, they got me in immediately to put it on temporarily until Dr. Dave was back. By 9 am, my crown was temporarily restored.

It was easy to make appointment, the appointment was on time, and the staff is super friendly!

Prompt, detailed, friendly, proactive, preventative, service. The coffee and cookies are delicious, especially appreciated during cold weather and when I am rushing. The entire staff is approachable, knowledgeable and ready to serve the clients.

Cleaning. The staff is great and I like dr Beth. I'm concerned on them being on the higher end of prices. I understand you need to raise your prices but our insurance premiums go higher and our coverage goes lower. It's something I need to consider.
