This game of an office was hidden in plain sight! After walking past the office a million times on the way to the Steinway Street subway station, I took the plunge and went for a cleaning - best decision I made in recent history. Friendly staff and spacious offices - not to mention the high quality of the work!

I have coming to Steinway dental for over a decade and the service has always been excellent. They are professional. They know what they are doing. The wait is never long,; your in & out. You feel at home. They are friendly and your dental needs are fully addressed. I had my teeth cleaned during this visit and my hygienist did a superb job. My teeth were so cleaned I refrained from eating for a few hours. A must vist...good people, good service & good dentist.

Everything was fine. I just don't understand why the person who took my xrays was involved in my conversation with my dentist and my oral surgeon. This has never happened to me before. I've been a patient since 1992

Making my appointment over the phone already gave me a good feeling about this place because the receptionist was very, very sweet. They all are, I spoke to several of them. Before I sat in the chair I was greeted by Emily (dental assistant) and she was genuinely sweet and comforting. She made small talk which really took my mind off of the fact that I was a little nervous. Jennifer, I believe she's part of the finincial department was very nice as well and very patient when explaining everything. Overall my experience was awesome I highly recommend this place!

I wentt in for a cleaning I had an x-ray done. After that the Doctor came in to explain the x-ray results. Which turned out good. Then I wenr in to see my dental hygienic for cleaning. I have.seen her now approximately 4 times and had found her to be very thorough . I am very pleased with Family Dental on Steinway.

Professional staff, never a long wait, clean friendly environment.

Everyone in the office is very nice. I had a consultation for invisiline, I was a little upset that I could not get an estimate on what it would cost. Give $350 then we take pictures and send it off and then we give the estimate. What if I didn't want to do it after I already paid the money? I don't anyone should ever work for free but to give money when you're not sure what it will cost not even a roundabout number is insane. If I take my car to a mechanic he diagnosis the problem and gives a price. If I don't like the price I can go somewhere else. Doctors and Dentists are mechanics for the human body they should give the estimate up front than let me decide. Not give money first. At least with a mechanic there is a guarantee.

There was nothing like seeing those wonderful faces after facing the long toil of daily labor. The chairs were very comfortable, and allowed me to drift to a soothing slumber. I do have one negative feedback, but this is more of a personal preference, the TV was too HD. I often felt like I was in the studio with the actors and it took away from the magic of the movie. Cheers!
