At my first appointment I was brought back to the waiting room. After 15 minutes I stopped someone who was walking by and they said someone would be with me soon. After 15 more minutes and nobody in sight, I went to the reception area and said that I had another appointment to go to and couldn't wait any longer. She was pleasant and kind of apologetic... my next aoookntment went with out incident. I really liked the women who administer Botox. Extremely friendly, professional and just delightful.
