1. Staff clearly explained the procedure and what to expect as a result of the procedure. 2. Did not have to wait to be seen- staff was available and on time.

Ever visit with Dr Solomon has been exceptional. Dr Solomon and staff are all very good to look at which to the experience. The techs, scheduler and desk clerks are knowledgeable and friendly that's another plus. The only problem I have is billing. The billing clerk needs additional training. I'm always back in the office before I have received my EOB which lately has been incorrect. The front desk is very good at the coverup and corrections but that should not be their primary responsibility. Billing should be correct and timely.
