Dr. N and Danielle were extremely thorough and professional. I have been seeing optometrists for more than 40 years. The care and service I received from Dr. N and Danielle have been by far the best ever.

Dr N, the optician’s assistant, the front desk admin, and the optical hardware specialist were all incredibly nice, very intelligent, and fun to talk with. They knew their trade well and had a wonderful welcoming attitude. I felt comfortable in their care and they each had their own sense of fun and humor. They were professional and helpful, but worked to put me at ease and make the experience terrific! Congrats on such a great team! :)

I was referred to Sammamish Eyecare Associates by Redmond Swedish ER after being treated for an accidental chemical burn to my right eye late Friday night. I called SEA at 8 a.m. Saturday morning and left a message. They called me back within ten minutes & scheduled me in Saturday a.m. Dr. Nhouyvanisvong gave me a complete thorough eye examine, assessed the damage to my right eye, and prescribed several eye medications. She explained exactly what she found in her exam and helped put my anxiety to rest after a terrifying, painful night. I was so very grateful to be recommended to an eye doctor available on Saturday and that they were willing to fit my emergency into their schedule. (I am not a regular patient.) I had two additional follow up appointments. Thanks to immediately going to Redmond Swedish ER and the excellent after care/medications by Dr. N my eye is fine.

Dr. Dale gave me the best eye care ever, with specific information on problems and treatments. The whole staff was above average and professional.

We have always enjoyed the attention we get when we come to eye care associates. Have great experiences with everyone every time. One but of feedback is this: we would prefer to give our money to this small business but find the price of frames and lenses too expensive. I know you can’t be a Costco, but just for comparison the frames I wanted with the lenses etc from ECA was about $330. I went to Costco and got 2 pairs of glasses and the price was $330! I’m sure the frames are where the money is made; it would be a lot more convenient for me to be able to order from ECA while I’m there, but the price of a new pair of glasses is just not affordable so I take my business for that portion elsewhere. The staff is always awesome and we never have a complaint! I’d love to give my money to your small Business and would if prices were within, say, 100$ of the Costco prices!

Everyone from the doctors to care coordinators are very friendly and professional! Very happy with my Cataract surgery and post care. ONLY reason for deducting a star, (would have only been half) is because there was a mix up about getting my antibiotic to the pharmacy pre-op and knowing I was supposed to start it before surgery. That got rectified the day after surgery and I seem to be doing well! Highly recommend!!

I had a really excellent experience at your office. I’m not used to such a congenial office. I would and have told others about you already.

Found an office relatively near my home. The offices are bright and cheery and seem appropriately staffed. Dr. N. examined and reported that the fuzziness which seemed to have developed was the result of a cataract surgery a year ago. She will forward her report to that doc. Will be back next year.

1st point, Dr Dale (and her staff) are Very Well Trained and thorough and everyone does a Great Job of explaining processes and answering questions. 2nd point, Dr Dale was getting me an appointment w/a optical neurological specialist. She said it would take 2 months to get. As I responded (via text on the appointment remember) yesterday, I have some flexibility and would much appreciate being on a call if that Dr has a cancellation list. I’m sure U folks have a shorter way of saying that, but any way for me to get well sooner is MUCH Appreciated! 👍👁

Dr Dale and her staff were excellent. A detailed analysis which clarified an earlier misdiagnosis of cataracts by a different provider into three separate issues, none of which require surgery.

This office is amazing! I appreciated the questionnaire prior to cataract surgery that helped me identify which vision corrections would be best for my lifestyle. Dr. Dale did everything she could to help me understand what my vision would be like post-surgery, including mocking up my post-surgery vision using contacts. Everyone in the office was incredibly kind and patient. The billing office also went above and beyond to help me as I transitioned to Medicaire. I can’t imagine a better experience! Friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable service. I started home and realized the new contacs I was trying were not the correct prescription. The doctor took me right back into the exam room and exchanged them immediately, even though my official appointment was over.

Eyecare Associates is awesome!! I was impressed with Dr Dale and later Dr. “N”. The both were kind, professional and personally accessible. I needed additional medication for an eye issue and the staff was able to squeeze me in for an appointment tmrnt the next morning since I was leaving town for six weeks. The gals who staff the front desk (Marilyn, Alison and Danielle) are terrific and helpful as was Dr. Dale’s assistant, Lauren. Eyecare Associates is a top-notch provider!

Overall great experience. Friendly staff, great facility, and latest equipment. My only feedback on something to improve is dim the lights after eyes get dilated. The room what bleach white and lights were on full. I had to look at darker floor for 20 min to minimize the headache I was getting from exposure.

This eye care office has an amazing staff. They spend the time needed to see to all your eyecare concerns. The office is beautiful. Bright and cheerful. They have a large selection of eyewear . I'll never go anywhere else.💙💚💜

Great staff, took about an hour and 1/2 but Dr. Duvall very thorough and they have the gizmo that makes dilating the eyes unnecessary. OK assortment of frames...not super high end like Market Optical or Loralies, but certainly a number of nice options.

The office was super clean, nice and comfortable. The staff and doctor were friendly and professional. Dr. Duvall gave me a thorough eye exam. I highly recommend going there.

My first contact was with Sarah the technician who was knowledgeable and reassuring, encouraging me to come back when a stye I was still dealing with was better, as it presence on the upper lid might affect the exam numbers and so the interpretation. Dr N was fabulous: thorough, and thoroughly pleasant in sharing her knowledge, and solid recommendations. Chelsey at the front was also helpful in phone contacts and in person. I am so appreciative of this group I will need to see yearly, trusting I’m in reliable and caring hands.

Dr. Dale is amazing, I feel like she cares about my entire health profile and wants me to see as well as I possibly can and gives me tips for health of my eyes that are doable fir me. She is the best around, I feel lucky to be able to see her.
