I was received with speed and courtesy (despite the renovations going on and the Covid 19 scars). The technicians were polite, thorough, and considerate. As always, Dr. Evans was efficient and effective. I've been a patient here for years, and see no reason to look for another dentist.

My visit went well, however, I’m concerned with the lack of documentation within my records. I’ve been a patient there for three years, but my records did not reflect my previous fillings even though I’ve had several x-rays and severs appointments, so I’m concerned about the lack of accurate dental history.

Had a procedure done. Staff put me at ease and were very friendly. Ended up being painless and quick.

One Tech seemed to be in a rush. I sensed her speediness. Other than this all was well.

Dr. Mike is so genuinely kind and gentle. I had a procedure for the first time and was very nervous. He kept asking if I was okay. I feel like everything went well. My only suggestions are do the blue bite impressions BEFORE numbing a person, and when you get to the five minute impression, give a person a heads up to mentally and physically prepare. Sierra Vista Dental is very professional and Dr. Mike Leavitt is good at what he does. The only complaint I would have is that sometimes he pushes extensive work for cosmetic dentistry more than I liked for my daughter, years ago. It sort of scared her away! He is a perfectionist! I do wish she would have gotten a lesser amount of work--what she actually needed--done by him instead of the dentist she went to. He does great work! I love Staci, the hygienist! She has done deep cleaning work for me. She is so thorough in cleaning teeth and very caring and motivating in helping me do the extra things I need to do for prevention of further issues. They have a wonderful, competent and friendly staff!

Very little wait time. Staff was professional and courteous. But, Who wants to answer these questions. "How often do you floss? How often do you brush?" Especially if you don't. Isn't it obvious? When you go in for an oil change, I don't ask about your driving habits or how often you change your oil. I just change your oil. My mouth, your car. Think about it.

dr. Mike Was absolutely fantastic. he took great care to make sure that I was well sedated and comfortable. I had a five hour procedure. I have been having extensive dental care for the past 56 years. I would rate Dr. Mike is the single best general dentist I have ever been to and of all the specialty care and general dentist that I have been to he definitely is in the top two His assistant Danny was also fantastic. Regardless of your dental needs you should stop by to see Dr. Mike for an eval. and he will work with you on the financing side

The assistant who placed the guard in my mouth was very helpful with fitting and letting me know how to care for the device. I used it for the first time last night and had no problems. The forms were easy to fill out. The only thing I would change is to add a texting program to remind post tooth pulling to take their meds - and point out healing milestones like : it’s been 3 days now your pain should be lessening and any swelling gone ....and remind those patients to call if they have questions or concerns.

Sonia thoroughly cleaned my teeth without getting spray on my face or gagging me at any point. She seems to be really nice too. I don't like going to the dentist based on childhood experiences so it was nice to have such a good experience.

When my teeth are being cleaned the WaterPik was spraying on my face much more than usual and water ended up all over my glasses. The hygienist said that she felt like the pic was old and maybe needed to be replaced.

I accidently arrived early but after just a few minutes wait, they fit me in. As usual the office was running like a clock, cleaning , xrays, exam, next appointment scheduled and out the door; very efficient.

I have been going to Sierra Vista Dental for 6 years. I am so happy to have found them. They take great care of my teeth. I always felt comfortable and welcome.

I made my appt for 4:30, had to push it out 6 weeks in order to get the 4:30 appointment. Received a reminder on my phone the day before telling me my appointment was at 2:30. I called asking why it was changed, after the girl on the phone looked closer and saw that I did not change, but didn’t tell me why it had been changed. I work across town and didn’t want to use 2 1/2 hours of my leave, but ended up having to do it after I planned and waited for the 4:30 appointment. I realize things happen with automation, but I didn’t get the impression that my time was valuable enough to be concerned with. The technicians I saw were friendly and very thorough.

I really like the cleaning Rhonda does on my teeth. She cleaned my teeth the last time I went to Dr Hardy. She is also very helpful with suggestions on keeping my teeth in good shape between cleanings. The tech that did my "polishing" is a little too fast and missed the inside of my bottom teeth. That's why I only gave 4 stars.

It has been about 2yrs and 6mos since I had my last appointment with your office before relocating for a job in Missouri. At the time of my previous visits a few years back I was less than pleased with the front office staff the lack of professionalism and compassion. Upon my return to Arizona and having my most recent visit a few days ago I was extremely pleased and happy to see there were new administrators in the front office who were kind, patient, compassionate knowledgeable and very helpful. I was apprehensive to return to the same dentist office because of the lack of professionalism, compassion, knowledge and poor attitude of the previous staff that apparently no longer employed by the office. As of now I’m thrilled to return for my second visit in the same week to have some work done knowing that I had been greeted with wonderful smiles and very pleasant attitudes accompanied by great follow up and assistance from the current front office staff to include the dental hygienist with only one exception to all the pleasantries and that would be the dental tech/assistant to the hygienist that appeared to be a bit annoyed with me the returning patient and she did not smile much at all...appeared displeased in having to answer questions by the sarcastic tone and disgruntled look on her face as though she was put out to be forced to communicate/speak when spoken to. To be on the receiving end of an unhappy employee that is responsible in providing comfort to a patient and assist in procedural dental practices that can be a bit intimidating and stressful for a patient at times was a surprise and I felt as though I was being bothersome when asking questions. That area of the practice needs more oversight and improvements on how to appropriately communicate to the customer with a Pleasant, compassionate And your void sarcasm facial expressions expressing annoyance when being asked a question about services or treatment in a dental office. Other than the dental techs attitude...everyone else in the office in all other areas appeared happy, caring and very personable and professional. Of course Dr. Mike is always terrific and is very calming and prompt in providing details and information about a specific dental procedure and what to expect. Dr. Mike has an awesome bedside manner.

Overall it was a good visit. The staff was very friendly. My only concern was that the dental assistant who polished my teeth didn't seem to do a very thorough job. The time it took her to do the polishing was significantly shorter than usual. It seems like she only did the tops of my teeth and not the fronts and backs also. I've never seen her there previously so maybe she was relatively new and inexperienced.

Using your computer for patients to input their forms is easier than by hand, more accurate, and makes the information more usable and accessible. I had an old crown break off that required treatment. Sierra Vista Dental got me in the same day I called and Dr. Leavitt was able to temporarily cement my crown and get me a referral to an endodontist for a root canal so my tooth could be rebuilt. Thanks for the quick response and treatment for my issue! Their quick and courteous staff saved me a great deal of pain and discomfort.

I was received early because I arrived early. My teeth do seem cleaned. This does not work.

Dr Mike and hygenist Stacy, as well as everyone else I met during my appt were so sweet and helpful. They made me feel safe and like I was in a warm caring environment. My cleaning was just a bit painful, as the hygenist was rough. Lots of gum bleeding. Probably my own fault though since I didn't floss religiously! Otherwise stellar and efficient team!

The dental assistants did a great job cleaning and polishing my teeth. Dr. Evans and his team are the best I've ever experienced and, since I am 77 years old, that is saying something.

As always staff is friendly and helpful. Went in to see if my son had a cavity, they got me in right away to get it filled. Doctors are very professional and always do great work!

This practice is awesome. Dr. Mike is the best. I have a high anxiety level when it come to dentists because of a very bad experience, but Dr. Mike saw it and handled it. The office staff was very professional but friendly and especially Dani (sp?).

My visit on 25 Sept. was an outstanding visit. I was very comfortable and grateful for the care I received by the entire staff. As a fearful dental patient, I feel the visit was truly Outstanding!

Always prompt, friendly, and good service. I had a sore tooth (turns out it was actually gum tissue that was sore) and the Dr was very good about identifying the problem and telling me my options.

Was very satisfied with the dental work I recieved.

A little painful but my teeth look clean. I was disappointed I sat in the chair waiting 20 mins as the office I was told was short handed. I want to request next time to have the office reschedule with me when they are short handed as I was very late getting back to work as I told office this was my lunch hour. It took almost and hour and a half.

Everything went well. My dental assistant is new to general dentistry and it kinda showed in how she did my prophy. She also forgot to give me my toothbrush bag. But she was pleasant and did her best and will do better as she progresses! My hygienist was great!

Need to change out the glasses that you have customer to wear while procedure is being performed. It would not hut to have new ones or thoroughly clean to ones you have, germs do spread.

I think everything went very well. To be better you would have had to serve me dinner.
