I went in to pick up two more aligners. Randy stopped by and we had a good conversation about my treatment. However, the guy that helped me (I don’t recall his name, and I’ve never seen him before) appeared hesitant to trim my aligners for comfort. Eventually he did, but they were not to my liking, I even showed him my previous set so he could see what I meant.

The nurse and doctor described every step so I knew what to expect

I am not a good patient when it comes to dentistry! So when Dr Dari said the tooth had to go all the worst visions were in my head. However, with the wonderful care of DH Roxanne and Dr Sanjay the 2 hours it took to get that rotten tooth out went bye with no pain! I went to Shapiro to get my next 2 set of Invisalign trays. At this appointment, Tiffany helped me and she was AMAZING!!!! She asked how I was doing with the trays, fully listened to what I had to say and helped me with my issues! No one else has done that. Usually (even when I show up early for my appointments) there is a long wait, however this time I was seen promptly. My only complaints: I wish I were able to decline the portion of the informed consent which said that my records will be shared; and calling last minute to reschedule my appointment time.

My last two visits you have a dental technician named Kim who was very professional. Not only did she perform her regular duties (X-rays, etc), but she helped me to understand the billing, and went out of her way to correct mistakes on same. It is apparent that she was very experienced with the dental business! In addition, you have a new young Dentist (He was dressed as Elvis on Halloween) who definitely new what he was doing! Great mannerism also! Just wish I didn’t have to replace crowns that are only 5 years old. He did explain it is apparent I grind my teeth (self inflicted pain). I was supposed to get a mouth guard after teeth were replaced last time, but unfortunately never received same! Mike Caulfield

Staff is always friendly. Dominic was very pleasant and customer friendly and with his light humor made my daughter feel comfortable being in the dentist's chair which can be fearful at times. It took more time than usual for the dentist to see my daughter but things happen sometimes unexpectedly beyond dentist's control and that's understandable.

My dental hygienist was beyond amazing. She made me feel very comfortable and laid back while getting my procedure done. I have a phobia of the dentist but while I was with her my phobia went right out the door. I would recommend her to anyone who has a phobia of getting anything done at Shapiro dentistry.

The purpose/need for the periodontal exam could have been explained better. I’ve never heard of such a thing & still don’t understand why it is such a big concern.... Felt like I’d brought my car in for a $19.99 oil change only to be told that I have a list of suggested repairs and preventative maintenance that “needs” to be done & the new cost is $500. I think some further patient education is required. Maybe a video playing on the big screen TV in the waiting room vs CNN?

Between Dr. Seth, Keisha, Brianna, Steffan going to the dentist is actually borderline fun! My experience was awesome. The staff and dentist were great, helpful, super nice and cheerful. I have a 7 and 4 year old, and 5 week old baby I was rocking. My kids and I were in and out the office and the little ones can't wait to return again.

Receptionist and a technician i bekiev who quoted me prices they were both a bit rude probably because it was a busy morning. I had been a patient before and I don't remember any of the staff being that rude Dr Lauer is a good dentist but he was a bit on the edge as well. I love it here o hope customer service can improve.

The dentist, orthodontist, and dental assistance were great! I had to wait 45 mins to be seen by the dentist and multiple people were let in before me who arrived after I did. I believe that the receptionist did not put my new patient paperwork in the correct location and I was skipped over multiple times. Also, the dental assistant looked at the schedule and told me that I would be able to come back in the same week for my cleaning and gave me a date and time. But at check out, I was told that there were no available appointments for 1 month. Overall I like the dentist and service when I was finally seen, which is most important to me. But the office experience was not great.

It a good visit that started on time and ended quick. The service was also very good. Keep up the good work.

I was seen fairly close to my appointment time which was great! Staff was very friendly and the facility was very well kept! I went in for a bad tooth ache. I was referred to a surgeon (to get my wisdom teeth removed) that doesn't take my insurance so after spending a full day on back and forth phone calls, I found a surgeon but my appointment is a week away. I understand that doesn't have anything to do with the dentist I saw but nothing was done as far as the pain goes and he said I had an infection but didn't prescribe an antibiotic so now I have to go a week with a pain and tenderness and nothing to help it. My dentist also guilted me for the condition of my teeth which was very discouraging. I just got dental insurance and our paychecks are very different. So I'm starting to make adjustments but I don't need the rebuke.

Always a friendly staff to greet you when you come to your appointment. Miranda is exceptional and very gentle! I'm extremely anxious during dental appointments but Miranda, Dari, and Seth always make me feel at ease! Highly recommend this dental facility!

The dental hygienist was very professional. I enjoyed meeting Dr Dari Shapiro. She was very friendly.

Great visit. Getting used to the way I look and enjoying the glorious freedom that comes with not having to wear a full upper denture! Very happy with my decision to go this route. Looking forward to the final product in a couple of months.

Specifically walked into your offices weeks earlier & scheduled appointment w/Dr Seth. After examination & cleaning, Dr Seth was not the "follow-up" doctor.

As a military veteran, I prefer to use the VA Medical Center. However, Shapiro Family Dentistry is an outstanding facility. There is room for improvement in the way the people at the front desk can be unfriendly, at times. If that persists, I will no longer feel welcome.

I do not like the wait time, its to long specially when we have appointments. The office is a place I enjoy going to and the staff is amazing.
