Just a couple of things...after the pre exam, my husband and I were made to wait another nearly 20 minutes to meet with the DR. I know that when we were checking in another person came in for the same DR so I wonder how many patients are booked for the same DR at the same time. Also we schedule our appointments so they will be together yet this other person that checked in after we did for our same DR was taken back for pre screening between my husband and me....we should have been taken back at the same time even tho we were being 'worked up' separately. Very disappointing.

Love my kids eye doctor. One of the very few who understood that my son doesn't pay attention... She was able to tell whether he was being honest or not and that is absolutely important to me. My daughter had heterochromia and she assured my concerns very appropriately....

All staff were friendly and helpful. Staff member who did initial eye tests asked “do you want dilation or pictures ?” What was she talking about. A little explanation would have helped me to make an educated decision. It took a couple of questions to draw the informayion out of her.

Everyone was extremely nice. The process to get eye exam was smooth. I did wait about 20 minutes before seeing a eye glass fitter so that was slightly annoying especially since my eyes were dialated. The entire process was two hours and no eye glasses in hand, still have another week. But overall the experience was a thumbs up.

Dr. Chinisci is wonderful and gave me the best eyeglass prescription I’ve ever had. The staff were very nice (for example, an elderly man showed up thinking he had an appointment, but didn’t - they made sure he was seen anyway).

Felt like when the doctor left, I didn't know what was next. Wasn't even sure I was going to be leaving with a new set of contacts until my order of contacts came in.

Spent time with me to Make sure I understood vision changed, inflammation and pronosisg, what I can do and condition triggers. Developed a plan longer term care plan. Technologist performing macular exam took extra care to make sure the images captured were the best possible. Friendly, helpful staff. I definitely would recommend Sandia Vision Clinic.

This was my follow up visiting so the waiting time was very short. The best part was the doctor technical assistant was so professional and suggested a small adjustment to the contact lens proscription which works the best for both my near sighted and far sighted problems. It was beyond my expectation. Dr. Chinisci is the best optometry doctor I know in Albuquerue Albuquerque.
