My husband and I started coming here 2 1/2 yrs ago when we moved here from FL. So happy that are doctor in FL recommended Dr. Bernstein's practice. We could not be happier. Starting with the office staff, the nurses, technicians and of course Dr. Bernstein and his nurse practitioner. Always looking out for the best options to treat you.

As I mentioned to Dr. Brestein today, in the few years I have been with San Antonio Physicians I have seen a number of different nurse practitioners/Physician assistants. Most have been ok....but none made me feel that they were experienced enough. I have seen Bridgette now for the last few visits and she is different. She not only has a terrific bedside manner that makes me feel like she truly cares, but she is also knowledgeable and takes time to explain when asked a question. She is the only one that has ever explained verbally and visually the source of one of my problems. She is also very efficient without sacrificing patient care. I would definitely want her to stay and continue with this practice.

NP Bridget was awesome. This is my son is a new patient (first visit to this practice) and from the time we entered until the time we left we received exceptional service. Keep up the good work

They do say they treat people like family, that is very very true. I sometimes end up calling them exhausted from work, in a really foul mood and they genuinely do care. I live on the northeast side and the trip to the doctors office is so incredibly worth it, so for anyone looking for an incredible experience, San Antonio family physicians is well, everything that I said in the paragraph above this Last sentence.

Really loved the staff from entering to exiting. Everyone has a friendly and lovely attitude. The lab tech guy who takes blood was very professional and great with his work saw how i already was poked several times before and he was very carful and painless taking my blood! Great work and happy to call this place my primary care...

My visit was very pleasant . The Receptionist and Nurse were very nice and the Nurse checked on me while waiting to see the Doctor. Although Dr. Bernstein was running a little late he was very through and gave me as much time as necessary to take care of all my needs. We worked out what I needed and I didn't feel rushed at all. Very good visit - Please advise Dr. Bernstein of one thing I failed to mention while with him for some reason. I experienced a severe blood poisoning episode on Sat, 30 July, and all day Sun, 31 July: with very severe vomiting and diarrhea. I also ate nothing nor drank very little water during this time. Please advise him of this occurrence, just prior to the Tues, 2 Aug blood drawing.
