Courteous and professional reception staff, check in process thorough and quick, Optomologist was professional thorough and honest and easy to understand language of what the tests were and why she was administrated them..she explained the follow up steps to the exam and what kind of exams and tests were going to be done. From the time of making my appointment to the time I left my appointment I was treated as if I were the only person in the clinic. Zach, my technican was friendly, had great conversational skills, and made me feel at ease. Dr. Onses was very thorough. He took time to answer my questions about my "eye pictures", and was not condescending as sometimes Dr.'s are. The staff who helped me pick out my glasses and made sure my insurace was in play( couldn't find my card) treated me like I was family. Hoping my glasses come as scheduled!

Dr. Osness was very helpful and thorough in completing my eye exam and discussing my options based on health insurance coverage. However, I saw him at the Yankee Eye Clinic in Eagan, not Rosemount, as the survey indicated.

One appointment was to get tested and pick out new glasses. That went very well. The lady that helped me (Lexi?) was excellent in giving me choices and suggestions. The follow up was to pick them up. I think those of us with progressive lenses need someone with experience at fitting those. Some of your people are pretty hands off and others know exactly what to do to get a good and comfortable fit. And their knowledge of what to do shines through.

I went into the Eagan location yesterday to pick up my new glasses. I can’t believe how quickly they arrived. It didn’t even take a week for the first pair to come in. Very happy with the excellent and professional service that I received.

Between Nick at Rosemount and Kevin at Eagan, I was amazed at how helpful they were. Nick was amazing. For the first time ever, he showed me what I needed to look for in frames to give me the vision I need. I needed a frame that would sit up higher so that when I smiled my glasses would not be pushed by my cheeks. FIRST TIME EVER SINCE I STARTED WEARING GLASSES WSS THIS BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION. In the past, I had asked that my glasses be adjusted farther away from my face so that my eyelashes were not constantly rubbing on my lenses. At that time the male fitting me said that I didn't have "cow eyes" to need that adjustment. When he checked again he saw I needed that to keep my vision in line of sight. I had cataract surgery last year in Northfield so I opted to use their optical services for a new pair of glasses after surgery. Big mistake. After six months of blurred frequently double vision, I went in for a checkup at Rosemount. I should also note that my glasses were progressive lenses for the first time. My glasses were adjusted to fit my face and keep my vision in line. BUT the frames were wrong. They had the extra spring that would not stay firmly in one place unless adjusted to fit close to my head. I was happy that I had clear vision but the nose pads cut into my nose and the frames dug into my head behind my ears. Therefore, I wore my glasses less and had more severe headaches due to eye strain, etc. So you can see that I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received from Nick (at Rosemount) and Kevin (at Yankee Vision in Eagan). When we couldn't find a frame that would fit me at Rosemount Nick suggested Yankee Vision in Eagan their sister location. From there Kevin took over, dropped what he was doing and helped me find the frame I needed. My glasses will be in in about two weeks. To say I am very pleased with their help would be an under statement. With the covid restrictions, I read more than ever. In addition to that, I also enjoy making jewelry. Some of my beads are very small and due to the uncomfortable frames I had I would not wear my glasses while beading. Which caused severe eye strain and headaches. I will be sure in the future to ask for Nick or Kevin to assist me to find the correct frames. Being a senior citizen, it is very hard to find people that actually listen to what I say and go beyond to find the frames needed. I have never had people like Nick and Kevin that go the extra mile. Your companies are very fortunate to have these men working for you. THANK YOU SO MUCH, NICK! AND ALSO KEVIN WHO EVENTUALLY FOUND THE FRAME I NEED.

I thought the office and staff were very friendly and helpful. Was greeted immediately and taken back to a room within the first minute of coming in! Anna was very friendly, asking history info, doing machine checks of my eyes...was very professional. Dr was also very nice and professional, answering all my questions. My only complaint was regarding the cost of frames. Only after I complained at the high cost, then I was shown the "value" spinner of frames. Mom here - I called ahead to let you know she was coming in by herself to pick up her glasses. The person Who answered the phone walked me through what was going to happen. I told my daughter. She came home and was so excited that it was just like I told her it was going to be. When I arrived, I was warmly greeted and brought right back to an exam room where the tech took pictures of the back of my eyes. She explained what & why she did the procedures. Dr. Lusch is always thorough and polite. A young gentleman helped me with my options for a selection of glasses. He was new and very pleasant...and patient! I do feel, however, that the prices are very high on Rx glasses.

I was at the Cannon Falls office and was very happy with my examination. I feel the lenses are very well adjusted. My problem was with the tinting of the lenses. They came back twice much darker than ordered. The third time, with no tint, they are fine. I am satisfied completely. I just wish eyewear prices would be lower.

Original shipment of my frames and lenses was returned to lab but no notice was sent me about the delay. Appreciate REC correcting whatever was wrong but wish I had be informed of the delay.

I was seen @ Yankee eye clinic in Eagan Checked in with the front desk, and only had to wait a few minutes. Shyer selecting the frames I wanted the technician checked in proscription and asked a few questions. Then they presented me with the options available. After filling out some paperwork and answering questions about lead time in the finished product they walked us to the cashier, thanked us and we were on our way. The eyewear was pricier than we expected, but I’m worth it and I haven’t bought glasses in sometime , so all in all a good experience.

I liked the people I met with to help me pick out the glasses. They were very professional and made me feel very comfortable in my visit. As well as the eye doctor who was very educated. I guess the only thing I would have improved was the opstatrician before I met with the eye doctor. She had me do some things that felt uncomfortable in my session with her. I would appreciate if the doctors would adjust the chair ahead, so your sitting up straight with the eye machine and comfortable. I would also suggest that you make sure the patient is comfortable with the machine to their forehead. It shouldn't feel like that is being pushed so hard against the forehead. You might want to have the lady doctor practice making the patients feel valued as a customer.

I lived the doctor and Kevin who assisted with my glass purchase. To be honest, I thought that thre lady who at at the main desk with a fan blowing on her like she was Beyonce wasn't friendly/personable nor was the tech who took me back for my initial exam testing. Both my husband and commented on how non-personal they were (no greeting, no eye contact). No warm fuzzies from those 2 ladies. If it wasn't for the doctor and Kevin I would definitely consider another clinuc.

All service was good but the gal that was measuring me for frames was sniffling constantly and seemed she had a bad cold. With the flu going around - I was uneasy.

The staff was friendly, I didn't wait long to be seen and the Doctor was very knowledgeable. Great service!

I had a great experience for my appointment on December 12. The clinic was very accommodating due to my late arrival because of the weather and traffic. I was able to be seen by Dr. Osnes, even though I had an appointment with a different doctor. The woman who helped fit me for new glasses was also extremely helpful. I can't remember her name, but she did a great job.

I found everyone to be very pleasant. There was very little waiting (they were on time with appointments). The equipment was very modern. They explained what they were going to do and what was covered by insurance. I’d recommend them to others.

From the moment I walked into the front door the receptionist was very nice and professional. I received help in making sure all of the paperwork was filled out correctly. My visit there just seemed to flow very smoothly. Although everyone was very professional it was professionalism with kindness that leaves you with a good feeling.

I really like Dr. Kniefel. Her exams are very thorough and she does an excellent job explaining everything clearly. All the staff are very friendly as well. My only complaint is the cost. I need to check with BCBS and find out why my visits aren’t covered. My exam, prescription, and frames were over $1100! I did forget to get an itemized statement. If one can be sent to me, I can try and run it through my HSA. Thank you!

Really like Dr Lusch. Always thorough and willing to answer questions. We also purchased glasses and I let my 17 year old son and his sister finalize choice of glasses without me. The sales person totally upsold him for the premium package without explaining pricing even though she knew glasses were just a backup to contacts. Did not appreciate that. Thankfully the billing person Doreen voided the $800+ charge and re-worked the sale for me.

L as usual.I thought the person who adjusted my glasses and gave me a quote talked like an insurance person in other words in a language I didn't understand had to keep asking her questions because she was on automatic she knew her stuff in her language but couldn't really translate it to what I needed.

I had a breakdown if I want to get some new glasses and if you're going to get glasses you might just as well get good. I have gone to other places and try to get glasses and with my progressive lenses they just never worked out. I've never had any trouble with my glasses went shopping at Yankee Eye Clinic. The staff is wonderful. I had to pay for my glasses out of pocket because I do not have eye insurance anymore, I found out that they do veteran discounts. And it really helped. I stopped in to the clinic to get my glasses adjusted. I didn't have to wait long for the optical technician and he adjusted my glasses in record time - I've had need to adjust glasses many times over the year, this was among the best experiences I've had. The technician was friendly and courteous as well. Wish I could remember his name. Bottom line is that it was a 5 star visit.

My eye exams and experience with the doctors and techs is always fine, but customer service from the contact lens and optical departments has consistently been sub-par. I have had several experiences in which I leave several voice messages that are never returned. I should not have to chase down an answer when I need something as a customer.

We love Dr. Lusch. He’s really terrific. I love the front office staff as well. I do want to say that when my son and I were looking for glasses, we didn’t receive much help from the lady in charge of that area. I did give you all a 4 out of 5 stars however, because I do enjoy the doctors and front office staff.

Dr Lusch is amazing and very professional. I had a 9:00 appointment and arrived a few minutes early. Doors are locked. I wait for the ladies to arrive and follow them in. I was told that I could not enter the building because they are not a open until 9. My appointment is at 9. I wait in my car for the doors to open at 9:00. I almost left, asking someone to wait outside or in their car when you have a waiting area is very poor customer service. Your receptionist needs customer service training immediately or you will lose business.

Great customer service need better selection teen glasses

My exam was great. The adjustment to my current glasses went well also however the right ear piece on the frame was broken during the adjustment. Was told my glasses would be replaced using the same lenses although the exact pair may no longer be available. I would receive a notice when the new frames arrived. I did not request a written note of replacement at the time but am expecting to receive a comparable pair if the original frames are not available.

We always feel welcome at Rosemount Eye Clinic. I brought my 5 year old in last year for the first time. I liked that my co-pay was $10, but still ended up with a $166 bill that I wasn’t expecting. It just was another reminded that insurance coverage is not what it used to be. That is what is disappointing. The whole healthcare system needs to be fixed. I am sure that I am preaching to the choir.
