The wait is always minimal, office staff friendly, hygienist gentle and Dr. Rose warm and personable. All in all, as pleasant as a dental visit could possibly be.

I always appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. I also appreciate the punctuality of the staff (I never have to wait past the appointment time like in many other offices). The only negative thing is that the office is so busy that rescheduling can be difficult- but Tracy always does a great job in offering cancellations when they are available. I feel like the office runs like a well-oiled machine!!!

Been going to Dr Rose for years, still waiting for the billing girl! Not the girl that greets you when you walk in, she's always nice. The girl that takes your money, to crack a smile! She seems like she's always miserable, goes through the motions, but always insincere! I have people on my staff like that. They need to work away from the customers. I referred a friend and family to Dr Rose. After 1 visit and confrontation with the billing girl, she called and said she would never go back and get treated like that. Although she liked Dr Rose. So not just my experience...

Dr. Craig Rose is probably the most talented dentist I've ever used and I've had several excellent dentists. His workmanship is outstanding & he has never hurt me. His office staff are very competent as well. In addition, he and his staff are all very patient friendly.
