Wonderful practice for womens' care. Dr. Vandenboom is a great doctor in that he listens, shows concern, is knowledgeable, puts a person at ease, and is a pleasure to interact with, I've been his patient for years and have always had a great patient-doctor relationship.

Good visit, had a long wait but everything else went smoothly

I have been going to Rockhill Women's Clinic for about 5 years now. Dr. Finkle has always been very caring and professional. Female exams are always my least favorite doctor visit but she makes me feel comfortable and so do her nurses! Luckily my next annual isn't until next fall again but I will be in to get my Depo shots!

Long wait before being called back to see doctor. Forty five minutes is too long of a wait from your appointment time. On the bright side, Everyone was courteous, my doctor is awesome and cares about my well-being and the office environment is clean and nice and cozy. Friendly staff.

Didn't wait long for my appointment....love the new "digs" and of course, Dr. Galvin is the best !! I trust her with my care and needs.

Experience with doctor and her staff was wonderful. The wait was about an hour (unusual for this office), though. Dr. Galvin was apologetic about the wait and all was fine. She is a gem of a doctor- really listened to my concerns.

The people at the front desk, Dr Galvin’s nurse and the person at the exit all were extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Galvin is very attentive to all my questions and needs and doesn’t rush through the appointment.

Dr. Halberstadt is amazing. I really wish your office would take Kansas Medicaid because in a few years, I will no longer have my current insurance (BCBS of KC) and will be switching over to United Healthcare. I have been to see several other OB/GYNs to try and find somebody for when that time comes but I keep having horrible experiences. The problems I am dealing with couldn’t wait so I am back sering Dr. Halberstadt again because I trust her. It makes me very sad to think about having to go see somebody else when I have such an awesome doctor right here, and the fact that it’s due to insurance and not a personal choice makes me even more sad. Please, please, please reconsider accepting Medicaid. Dr. Halberstadt is a one in a million doctor and I really don’t want to go see anybody else.

Everything about my new appointment was comfortable and accommodating. I had a few reservations about seeing ANY new physician after being a patient of my new retired physician for over 20 years however, I was pleased with the attention to my care and comfort 100%!

Dr. Angel gave me a thorough exam and spent time talking to me about my medical history and concerns and personal issues that are now affecting my life. She is very caring and relates well to even her older patients.

I appreciate that I was treated with respect and not as an inconvenience. Dr. Galvin has a wonderful bedside manner, explained everything in advance, and told me everything that was going to happen before it happened.

Dr. Taylor sees me for a very brief check up once a year. Despite the little time she spends with me she not only remembers my medical history, but brings up personal things I told her the year before. I didn’t have to sit in the room for a long period of time. I would say that I maybe waited five minutes after being put in the room. I would recommend this practice to any female.

Dr. Vandenboom is great , always thorough in covering total health at my annual appointment. His nurse is pleasant, the front seemed understaffed when I arrived and left. Might have been the day only. I am a practice administrator and am aware of checking in and dismissing patients. I realize on an annual level, there is no rapport with the staff.

Dr Amsterdam is very personable. She always explains conditions to me in terms I understand and provides me insights into medical conditions and how I can change my lifestyle to improve my quality of life. I always enjoy talking to her and she always has very kind nurses who assist her. The front desk team is always efficient and courteous. I witnessed them go above and beyond for a lady who had an appointment scheduled at the other office. They called to make sure she could make it for her appointment and had them move her appointment back so she would not have to rush over to the office.

I am an "older" adult but oh how I wish when I was having children Dr. Galvin was my doctor. Of course she more than likely wasn't even born yet. Dr. Galvin is so kind and understanding and even though I know she has patients waiting she never rushes and always talks to me and reassures me. The other plus is her nurse and the staff in her office are friendly and caring.

I delivered with Dr. VandenBoom and I cannot rave enough on how pleased I was with him from start to finish. He was caring, professional, and best of all made me feel so comfortable. He was calm and gentle during my delivery and really made me feel like he cared about my health and healing. I never felt like a burden to him or that any question was stupid. Great 1st visit with Dr. Armstrong. She answered my questions and got me on my way back to work without delay.

I had multiple appointments within the office back-to-back. The attending technician was very proficient and kind in taking care of my first appointment then escorting to next appointment within the facility where I was shortly attended to by an equally wonderful lab technician who took care of that appointment, escorted to my final appointment with the doctor who attended to me promptly, with insight, & care.

I have always loved Dr. Galvin, I was her patient for 14 years before having to switch doctors to do 2 vbacs and now I'm back with Dr. Galvin and I couldn't be more happy. She has always shown exceptional bedside manner and always has a genuine interest in my family and well being. Loved the staff at the LS office as well (I'm a previous St. Joe patient).

The nurse quickly found another doctor that could see me so that I would not have to wait. The doctor (Dr. Ezell) that I saw was excellent! The visit with Dr. Ezell was not rushed like most doctor appointments are. She answered all my questions and gave me good info to think about.
