My recent experience like every other experience I have with this group of Drs. & medical staff was excellent. From curbside signing in for my appointment , the staff who greeted me was friendly, professional and taking full measures to keep me healthy. An assistant came to get me & escorted me into a clean & sterile room. When passing the waiting area I was happy to see no one waiting. My appointment was on time with Dr. Merin . She has a beautiful bedside manner always cheerful & cmforting. I’m so grateful to be in the hands of this professional group of Doctors.

Because of covid19 i was the only patient in the office. Everyone was professional and cautious. I was pleased with the service and Dr. Marin was great.

Everyone was nice and respectful, considering the times we are in now. The doctor I saw was very helpful and knowledgeable. We weren’t able to figure out exactly what the issue was, but we went into each possibility and the ways the fix the problem. I definitely will keep coming back to keep this as my dermatologist.

Obviously a teleconference does not provide the most optimal means for the doctor to identify areas of concern on a patient's skin even with photographs sent in advance of the appointment. Additionally, any treatment is impossible. That said, protecting all parties against infection is of paramount importance at this time!

Staff was courteous, and diligent about sanitizing. Dr Gold was very professional and gave me a thorough full skin examination. One basal cell was found, and removed via scrape and burn. Excellent care as usual.

I have been coming to Siperstein dermatology for a few years. This was my first time having Mohrs surgery with them but not my first Mohs surgery. Dr. Buckley, Gwen and Stacy put me at ease immediately. I am very glad that I had my procedure done at Siperstein dermatology.

The office atmosphere was great. The office personnel we're friendly and accommodating. The doctor I saw was Dr. H. Gold and she was friendly and through. She explained everything and several skin cancers which she is in the process of removing. I would recommend her to anyone. She is an excellent doctor.

I am having a problem with a rash. I had never been to Siperstein. I called to make an appointment but because I had had a fever in the last two weeks, it was suggested that we talk via FaceTime. I thought it was wonderful to have that flexibility during these uncertain times. I met Dr. Nester this way. She couldn't have been nicer and took plenty of time with me. She sent in a prescription for a topical cream. When that wasn't working, I call back and left a voicemail. I received a return call within hours and a prescription for an oral steroid was sent in immediately. This is helping the rash. I found everyone I spoke to very professional and caring. Thank you.

Everything in the office was sterile and wiped down without any magazines or anything in the area. The staff had on masks and gloves. You even got to keep the pen you signed in with. I think you did everything well! Dr. Dawes and her assistant, Marinay (spelling?) were absolutely wonderful! Both made me feel super comfortable, both patiently listened to my issues and medical history, and each answered all of my questions, explaining everything about the procedure and the follow up care. They each made my “new patient first visit“ an absolute pleasure! I trust you realize those are not typical words one would use to describe a doctor/medical appointment, so believe me when I say that I have specifically chosen those words because my experience was outstanding on every level (and I was, if not “dreading” it, certainly a bit anxious about the appointment). Dr. Dawes has an incredibly warm, professional, and informative bedside manner. Additionally, I think the suite of offices (the building) is beautifully designed/decorated and spotlessly clean. And on a final note, I thought the peripheral staff that I encountered were all very nice, courteous, friendly, and helpful - including the reception committee that met me “outside” in the parking lot to check me in (as a precaution/in response to the coronavirus concerns). I would have appreciated something written in black & white as that’s the practice in my derm’s office in NY. I guess I expected something similar in FL.

I was nervous about finding a good dermatologist in the area as I have recently moved here and had to leave my NY dermatologist after so many years but I was fortunate to find Siperstein Dermatology. This office is so professionally run that it should be used as a model for all doctor's to use. From scheduling, to check in, to the examining room and seeing the doctor all went so smoothly and in the most timely manner. This is how a visit to any doctor should be. My body exam was very thorough and I especially liked that before Dr Chiang left the room she asked me if I had any questions for her. If I could rate this office 10 stars I most definitely would. I will definitely be back next year and sooner is anything should arise. Bravo to the whole staff whose team work works perfectly!

Very pleased in every way!

Everything was on time. I think you should give patients more lidocaine (or some morphine) for that procedure. It was extremely painful. The post-procedure instructions were clear and easy to follow. Maybe the patient should be told beforehand that she will have to avoid sunlight and other people for three days.

As always, everyone was friendly and professional. Dr. Nestor listened to my concerns and offered advice. She was very thorough doing my full body scan. Her assistant,Shelby, was very efficient with her pre-doctor questioning. Overall the visit was productive and reassuring.

Dr. Meran was outstanding. That said, She did the excision within 20 minutes of my scheduled appointment, but I had to wait more than 2.5 hours until the stitches were put in. I didn’t get pathology info until about 1.5 hours after the excision when I was told it would be 15 to 20 minutes. The practice could benefit from a nurse practitioner to do the stitches and some form of communication to let a patient know the duration of wait time. Thanks

Taken on time and very pleasant as usual

The PA was incredibly kind and put myself and my daughter at ease for the small procedure. However my daughter is 5 years old so within minutes of her getting home her bandage and medicine had fallen off. It was supposed to stay on for four hours. We tried to reapply but we couldn’t get it to stick to her any longer. I believe that with a child that age there should have been extra protection to ensure that the tape would stay in place. Our coming to the office was basically for nothing since she didn’t receive nearly the full dose of medication that was intended.

Met with Beth the makeup artist. She was so professional and knowledgeable. I felt completely at ease , She answered all my questions. Can’t wait to have my permanent makeup applied.

My previous dermatologist was always in gave me the impression that she only had two minutes for me. I left with a packet of information. The visit with the PA went well, I paid by VISA and only got a receipt saying I paid. I needed a bill to submit to my insurance for reimbursement and was told I would be sent one. I have not received. I will call and go back to my next appt. and ask for one. I feel they should give you a bill immediately that can be sent to insurance.

Dr. Nestor is very nice, smart, is a good listener, answers my questions & provides results.

Everything was excellent except for the receptionist that checked us in. I asked if a doctor could see my husband for a minute so we could see if he needed to make an appointment. Common sense did not follow. I did not realize that I should have brought his wallet with the info she wanted. I called our primary doctor’s office to get his Medicare number. Then she wanted a picture ID. If I didn’t have his wallet, where would I get a picture ID. She refused to talk any further. My husbands aide volunteered to go get his wallet because she knew how hard it was to get a person who is recovering from surgery to get to the office. A surgeon suggested he see about unusual signs on his face to see if we need an appointment for him.

It is always a pleasure seeing Dr. Nestor. She is highly qualified, very personable, and addresses my questions and concerns. Her assistant, Shelby, was very positive and upbeat! I have recommended several friends to this practice and will continue to do so.

Dr. Wiggan is an asset to the practice. She’s friendly, professional , and explains each procedure and what to expect eg. pain , potential scarring, burning, etc.

I switched to Dr. Lipman on this recent visit. She was very thorough and professional. It’s the most thorough derm exam I’ve ever had. She was all business from the first minute. My one suggestion would be for her to slow down just a bit as she seemed very rushed.

Dr. Nestor performs her skin care treatments with exceptional attention to detail. She has a very good eye for any types of problems, and always asks if you have any questions or additional concerns. Attentive to me and answered all questions

Dr Nestor took a special interest in my swollen ankles. She told me to call my internist and request an immediate appointment. I did see the doctor the next day. I really appreciated her care and concern.

Efficient stsff

I don’t think my rash was diagnosed properly. She called them caritoses. Spelled wrong. They are tiny white bumps that are extremely itchy. The prescription hydrocortisone hurts when I put it on and the are still very itchy. When she froze other areas, I don’t think she held the gun on them for enough time. I have had many areas frozen on and they usually leave it on for 4 to 5 seconds. She did a quick zap. Not enough to remove them. I will let you know if I am wrong and they do scab off.

You always take your patients on time. I hardly ever have to wait. Janette is AMAZING. She knows so much about IPL, microneedling, hydrafacials, etc. I trust her COMPLETELY with my skin. Dr. Nestor is wonderful too. I am so happy with your practice. I will never go anywhere else.

Dr Nestor is wonderful! She listens to my concerns and gives honest feedback. The office is efficient, friendly, and appointments run on time.

Appointment - was taken on time. Doctor seemed thorough but some explanations for procedures needed to be explained. Fortunately, I understand nitrogen oxide and it’s uses. Doctor and nurse were very kind. Suggestion. Because of my handicaps, it was very difficult to get out of waitng area chairs. They sit very low. Perhaps when ordering chairs again, please consider getting higher sitting chairs with strong arms.
