The 2 Dental Assistants that worked with me were nice but 1 was very caring everything has been good so far with Robinson Dental from Jenny who got my information @ checkout the only thing I wanted was to meet Dr Robinson because his father worked on me over 40 years ago.

It was great to be able to get assistance during a "pandemic". Everyone was awesome at the office. However, when I got home and fully awake my molar was throbbing and terribly painful; so much that I cried.. and I had natural childbirth that wasn't this bad! No pain meds were prescribed and I am wondering why. The tooth is still very tender so I am taking 2 Aleves at the time(the limit) now. The eve of the work,I took a leftover pain rx from a previous extraction to get me throught the nighttime pain. Thank God I hadn't thrown away the old rx! Why was I not offered a small rx of medication....this was a cracked tooth that You guys had looked at at least twice and said there was nothing wrong! It had a visible crack at the back for 2 years that anyone could see!

Scott is an amazing hygienist he was very thorough and gentle while doing my cleaning. The office was very concerned with the COVID 19, they took very much care to protect themselves and patient

From the time I entered the door I was greeted by a friendly smiling face who was very helpful with helping me update my information. And the hygienist was amazing I just can remember her name. She explained everything that was taking place. Also the lady that made my crown, I think she was training someone and I was impressed by that cause I often have to train staff on my job. The Anesthesiologist was caring and pleasant. My Dentist was the best, he made sure that he had a clear view and understanding of my dental needs. Thank you all so much!

The first time I went in I was scared. I don’t know how many assistances were there to go talk me through my procedure but they were absolutely great. They really solved one of my fears of being able to afford the work I needed. They really went all the way. This last time was even fun. No sweat. All things good. By the way the dentist was also very supportive and helped make the tension lessen. The whole employee staff is so special and with all the women they all seem to work great together. If this sounds to good to be true, go see them. It’s all true

Had the best visit ever. My hygienist was amazing. She cleaned my teeth better than any hygienist I have had since going to Robinson's Dental. She was patient, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I would have liked to talked to the dentist about my wife since she has Alzheimer. I would have liked to go over the post procedure info inside the office instead of in the parking lot while also trying to load her up in the car.

The dental assistant was terrible, wouldn’t talk to me or even the dentist. I would tell the dental assistant what was going on and she wouldn’t even answer!! Also she never put the lead vest on me to do 2 xrays!! I did see other dental assistants that were very nice and friendly i guess i just got unlucky with the very rude one but other than that it was a very great experience ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful and the dentist was very nice and professional!!

I am impressed with how quickly I was able to get in. Every one was professional and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by how many of the staff said hi to me and addressed me by my name. Best experience I have ever had at a dental practice.

I appreciated being able to come to the office to try on by bottom teeth to make sure they felt comfortable in my mouth, that’s good business, you making sure ones teeth will fit because one is paying a great deal to have the teeth. The drs in the office saw me right away when I called on Friday. I wasn’t expecting them to work on my tooth that particular day but they decided that a root canal was necessary and performed it in the office on the same day I was there. My dental hygienist was great! The dentist was a little too touchy and made me feel a little uncomfortable. I could tell he was trying to be soft spoken and kind, but I was a little uncomfortable with the touching.

I had to have impressions taken. I hate getting them because usually so much material is used that I feel like I’m suffocating. The young lady who did my impressions was very good I didn’t get that suffocating feeling.

It was my first root canal. The humming sound and light vibration of the drill put me to sleep. I was worried about this experience for nothing. You don't feel pain at all.

Firstly let’s begin with I’ve always been somewhat afraid of the dentist since I was an adolescent... when I arrived I felt acknowledged and comfortable. Very pleasant waiting room and clean. I was called to the back immediately my dental assistant was very sweet and knowledgeable she answered every question I had. Dr. Sarah was so welcoming and nice I had no choice but to trust her! She even paid attention to my body language I was a bit chilly and told her assistant grab me a blanket! When it came time for procedure the room I was, the television froze up I told them it was ok I didn’t need to listen to anything well that wasn’t getting into their ears... they moved me to another room just to make sure I could listen to the TV to relax! The whole staff went above and beyond to make me comfortable and I appreciate that very much. I’ll never go to another Dentist! Thank you for making me feel like family.

Just got braces off the morning of the cleaning. Anna, the hygienist, was thorough yet mindful of sensitive tissue. She gave a mouth rinse to aid in healing and helpful advice. Dr. Phillips gave a great exam looking at everything. Our entire family LOVES Robinson Dental Group. We have been coming here for many years!!! 👍

Anna, the hygienist, did an amazing job cleaning teeth with a mouth full of braces. She is thorough, professional and gentle. Dr. Phillips performed a thorough exam. Robinson Dental Group is amazing!!!

Pricing has gotten out of hand with constant increases. I go every 6 months to you and every 6 mo to the periodontist so that’s every 3 months. You charge considerably more tha the periodontist. The club has increased ea time from approximately $150 to now $190. Then certain xrays and treatments are extra. Way to much money especially for seniors in a fixed income without dental. Your club isn’t much of a savings, it just insures you return. You need to rethink your cost vs charges.

My temporary crown was done on 9/25. I never heard about coming back for the permanent crown. Around November 1st I called to ask about it. The young lady who Answered put me on hold while she checked. When she came back on the phone she said it was in & I could come by to pick it up! I said I don’t think I can put it in myself! She said “Oh, no ma’am, laughing at her mistake she then asked when could I come in. I asked for an available date & heard her tell someone it had come in on October 5th. We set the appointment. During the time between appointments I could not wear my night guard as it was too tight & hurt. My time was 4:00 on 10/6 & I arrived at 3:45. I was brought to the back & around 4:15 Dr. Phillips finished her other patient & started on me. It took a good while to get the fit. When trying to floss between the teeth there was a problem & even after sanding between couldn’t get the floss all the way through. She decided the filling from the tooth in front of the crown needed to come out & be replaced as the metal must have been the problem. After giving me a shot to deaden the area the procedure was done & we had a good fit. As I was leaving the office manager (Barbara?) spoke with me & was very nice & apologetic. She gave me a candle, & some dental floss & Dr. Phillips was also apologetic & did not charge me for the new filling. Last night I still could not wear my night guard as my gums were too sore & hurting. My tooth with the new filling feels rough like a temp crown feels & I don’t know why. Dr. Phillips asked me to please let her know how I was doing. I will wait until Thursday (11/8) & call if need be.

I think the cost of work is not in line with other offices I was quoted on the first two implants around 3400 but when you see the print outs it was closer to 4500 this inplant was quoted to me at 3100 or 3316 but when I was in last week it is actually around 4500 I just think something isn’t right

Dr Phillips was very gentle and patient. So was the technician. Swelling was minimal and I had no bruises at all . I had 4 teeth pulled. I treated extremely well.

My visit yesterday was one of the best experiences at the dentist. I’m greatful for my dentist and his staff. They can tell you that I was very nervous and scared of feeling any pain. But they explained everything to me from beginning to end, literally! Doing so helped me calm down and made me feel safe! I am a happy and satisfied patient!

It this was a good a visit. Dr. Philips gave serval options as far as what could be done with my tooth. All were very fair. Thing only thing I would say that bothered me was how my pain magament was handled. I wasn't given anything for the pain.

I had a great experience with Robinson Dental. All of the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Phillips was amazing. She was professional but comforting. I had a lot of dental work done in one day so i was sedated. Everyone that came to the room told me exactly what was going to happen and i am very satisfied with the work that was done.

Hygienist was super! Very friendly and fun to talk to. I had to wait a bit for my appt (about 40 minutes) but once I got in the back I was out within a half hour.

As always my experience with Dr Robinson was awesome, however, I was not as pleased with my hygienist this time. She was a tad rough and slow. I also had to remind her to do my fluoride treatment.
