For my first time I was very impressed. All of the office was clean and very presentable. All the staff were very knowledgeable, and caring and considerate. They answered all of my questions without any hesitation. I am very well pleased with my experience.

Previously attended the wayland office and was not confident in them. My kids did not seem to click with that office. Recommendation from a friend who brings her kids there and loves them. The staff was amazing and so understanding. My kids can not wait to go back.

I called the office and was able to get in the next day. My appointment was at 9:00 am and I was “in the chair” a few minutes before 9:00 and I was immediately seen; I did not sit in the room waiting. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and they showed concern for my comfort from the start. My doctor also was concerned with my comfort. They performed a very thorough exam and the doctor then explained what he discovered. He gave me several options and discussed the pros and cons of each. His very thorough explanation allowed me to make a decision that was good for me. Then a billing specialist came in and discussed what the cost would be and again this was done thoroughly and gave me all the information I needed and answered all my questions. The procedure was started (tooth pulled) and the doctor explained exactly what he was doing and what to expect. I will be getting an implant and my doctor explained everything about it. The procedure was done painlessly and it was obvious the doctor was skilled in his job. The entire staff was friendly, knowledgeable and concerned for my dental health. I recommend this conscientious and well staffed office for your dental needs. They have the latest technology that makes going there a pleasure.

I love the way the doctor explained everything about the procedure he was going to do and the way he made feel at ease while he was doing it. Plus the fact that he physically called me to ask how I was doing afterwards. I will be back!

After hearing the radio ad, I had extreme tooth pain and decided to give Robinson Dental a call. They got me in the same day as advertised. I was sceptical that the treatment recommended would solve my problem, but I was totally wrong. They were extremely friendly and professional, and the treatment worked with amazing results. The day before Thanksgiving, and they had me in and out and able to enjoy the holiday foods. I couldn't be more satisfied. I'll be using them for all my future dental services. My tooth that had previous work done was worrying me. I called and they fit me in extremely quickly. While there we went over all what could be causing discomfort, had a couple tests done, and adjusted a filling. Really put me at ease. Love this place, staff, and doctors

Dr. Patel, Brianna & sorry I forgot her name did everything they could to extract my broken off tooth. Very informative and professional. Dr. Patel sent me to OSM in Norton Shores today and they were able to remove the rest of the root. And did a bone graph they want me to do a follow up in 4 months.

Credit Card not the way to go, I pay my bills and live on Medicare so monthly only way I can do it. I hope I can find someone to help me with this infected tooth, is sore. I think from observing you want younger patients and ones that can pay large amounts at the time of service. You have that perogative, just wish me luck in trying to find someone to fix this yucky infected tooth, just getting worse. Thank you for asking me for a review.

Dr. and assistant where excellent. Would like to have had more information about the process of what I had done before it was done. And I was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half, it was three hours. Problem wasn’t that it was three hours but I wish I would’ve been told it was going to be that long. This visit,Taylor and Dr did great! They were thorough,and gentle and personable. Last year I had a crown put in by Robinson dental coopersville office and I went back a few days later because I couldn't floss the area. Two hygienist's inspected the new crown area and said nothing was wrong, I explained I still think something is wrong but if two hygienist's say there is nothing wrong then I guess it is ok. Then 6months later I went for my check up and explained that I am having trouble flossing the area but that it was checked out and is without problems. But when Taylor looked into it,she found left over cement/dental materials and cleaned out the area and made it so I could floss. Thus for 6months I was not able (thru no fault of my own) to floss and the health of my gums deteriorated. This is very concerning to me. The two hygienist's should have found the material/cement the first time and the dentist should not have left it in my mouth. I totally understand that cement/dental materials are tricky to get out from between teeth,but it is so important to remove them so proper flossing can occurr. Please please have your dentists AND hygienist's be extra careful about digging it all out post procedure. Six months is a long time to go unflossed. Thanking you in advance for addressing my concerns,

I really appreciate the fact that they make sure you are numb before they start working. I have past dental experiences where the doctor was too anxious to get it done and I wasn't fully numb. This has never happened at Dr. Robinson's office.
