The cleaning was fine, but I’m used to my former periodontist just popping in the room to look at chart and say hi! It’s a nice touch. My regular DDS also pops in to say hi and looks at chart.

Dr. Merin performed the surgery very professionally, with compassion and almost painlessly.

Dr. Sakhai is always pleasant. He explains everything clearly. He has a good sense of humor and is very knowledgeable about his work. The whole staff is great. Even though it is a dentist visit, it is enjoyable. Highly recommend.

When I walk into this office I am at such ease that my fear virtually disappears. The aftercare is beyond anything I've ever experienced. I had an appointment with Dr. Sakhai for a consultation (as a second opinion) re my front teeth crowns. He was extremely helpful, supportive and patient, providing me with some extremely useful information.

This was my first visit with Dr. Sakhai, I was very happy, he was very thorough, explained all his findings, gave me recommendations on what I would need to continue good care of my teeth and gums. I then had my teeth cleaned by Lisa. I've been going to Lisa for years. She is so wonderful, very gentle and caring. She spends alot of time on your cleaning , my teeth feel fantastic after she's done. I get very nervous at a dentist , so very uncomfortable in this office. Everyone there was very nice .

Reception staff is very friendly and welcomed me upon arrival, acknowledging my name ((prior to sign-in). That's being personally attentive to patients!! The Hygienist was professional, gentle and did a good job. One comment regarding your patient-doctor practice. It was/is always customary for my previous Periodontist and present General Dentist to check on my dental health as part of the routine hygiene session, especially since I have an implant. However, this is not the case with your practice. Sometimes, they would just pop inside the room to greet the patient. I had mentioned to the Hygienist that I've been experiencing extreme cold sensitivity and it was discovered during the cleaning that it appeared to be affecting one particular tooth. She did recommend to continue using Sensodyne ProEnamel toothpaste with a proxabrush and to discuss problem with my general dentist.
