I found the care very good, all the staff are super friendly and professional and I was also really asked what it was that I wanted to achieve with my teeth when in the past it was almost like my opinion did not matter as I was not the "professional" but I really felt my opinion mattered and that I will walk away with the teeth that I want.

I have been a patient for many years and have been feeling a bit neglected in the past two visits. I like Dr Wang and he's very courteous and professional. What I object is the fact that there was no introduction or transition to becoming his patient. Not even a newsletter/email was sent to communicate the change or introduce him to all patients. The first time I thought it was a one time situation, but at my second visit Dr Slack was not even at the office. With that in mind, I don't feel that my loyalty is deserved. My husband has been trying for years to have me switch to his dentist. I have been seriously considering, as I feel there has been no consideration on your office's part. I feel as though I have been discarded and passed on as unimportant.

Can't believe I'm saying this about a dentist visit..but the staff was so friendly and inviting..and Dr Slack was very kind..he didn't even x-ray me for this particular visit because he knew I would get a a couple x-rays with the root canal specialist... And Dr. Slack's personal technician was fabulous..she told me to run out and get a mouth guard to protect my teeth as i was leaving the visit.. I did..and my mouth already feels 100 percent better! I will be back for my next visit and to get work done... Glad to finally find a good dentist that I trust🙏🙏🙏

Dr. Slack and his team are THE BEST. They are so friendly, always run on time, give great advice, and truly listen to my concerns.

As a new person coming from out of town finding a new dentist can be a little hard. My daughter recommend riverside dental and I'm glad I followed her advice. The office staff was exceptional very helpful in getting the paper work done. As I was there for a cleaning the tech was wonderful with a great touch, she explained everything that was going on. The dentist himself was very friendly and reminded me of my old dentist I've had since 1971. Was very professional put me at ease. My over all experience was outstanding and will return.

Dr. Slack and his staff are always friendly and talk with their patients about more than just the work we come in for, and share things about themselves too. I like the fact that they explain every procedure before they do it, and will gladly answer any questions I have,. Dr. Slack also goes to the trouble to remember things about his patients beyond their dental records. A great experience all around, and very helpful for patients who may have disabilities.

My crown fell out while my teeth were being cleaned. Dr. Slack was able to repair it with no extra visit and minimal time.
