I LOVE this practice! No matter which location I go to, everyone is so kind and gentle! I am never anxious about any procedure that needs to be done! Dr. Cantner is the BEST! My hygienists are very thorough! Everyone is always so professional and nice! I only wish they did regular dentistry there, as well!

While this particular visit was simply a follow up to a recent dental implant, I was very impressed from the time I entered the office until the time I left. The receptionist was just as kind as she typically is, and Dr. Foisie’s assistant explained what would happen at this appointment. Dr. Foisie reiterated what transpired at my last visit and exactly what he needed to do to ensure a successful dental implant. As a precautionary measure, he prescribed a medication that would help the implant area heal properly before the next step. Given my initial level of anxiety at the onset of this process, he and his staff have been so comforting right from the start. They are skillful, professional and still very personable! And for that, I am especially grateful.

I desperately needed a loose tooth extracted after having delayed my dental care due to Covid. I was greatly relieved that Dr. Canter agreed to see me, as a new patient, on an emergency basis. The extraction was completed without any discomfort or pain and a bone graft ensued in preparation for a much needed implant which I anticipate will later be performed in the same caring, skillful and professional manner that I experienced during my preliminary visit.

My experiences with River Valley Periodontics & Implant Dentistry have always been positive ones. I had two implants last year, and while the process was not a pleasant one (I don't think any dental services are, even routine cleanings!) , I always felt fully supported by Dr. Foisie and his staff. Dr. Foisie always worked gently and with the utmost consideration for my comfort. I did not experience any serious pain, and any discomfort following procedures was easily remedied with medication.

I am amazed the the day after 3 wisdom extractions, I am pain-free with no swelling! I was dreading this procedure, but Dr Lee Cantner & Dawn really showed their expertise with me. I followed post care instructions and spent most of the day with ice packs and it really helped. So happy this is behind me!!!

Everyone in the office is very kind and accommodating Darlene did a very thorough cleaning while being very gentle as my teeth are sensitive. Dr Matt Cantner checked my bridge issue and came up with a doable plan.

Staff always courteous, 20 minute wait explained by an emergency taking precedence so understandable. Young lady I saw informative and pleasant - good experience

I felt absolutely nothing during my procedure, and as always, Dr Cantner kept checking in throughout to see how I was doing. Afterwards, I felt a bit dazed from the high doses of novicaine and procedure-I went straight home and iced the area and took motrin, etc. The only thing I would suggest is to let patients know they may want to be driven back and forth from surgery, to eat well before, because one doesn’t feel like it for at least 6-8 hours following. Overall, the best experience one could expect for periodontal surgery.

Had a very professional, friendly evaluation with Lisa and Dr. Oks. They both spent time in explaining my options and procedure for upcoming implant procedure. I was very impressed with the office staff as well. The facility is very modern and esthetically pleasing. Thank you!

My entire experience with the staff and doctor at River Valley was outstanding. The reception desk was friendly and helpful and made me feel comfortable. Dr Oks evaluated my condition and suggest a course of treatment. Dr Oks explained the procedure and answers all of my questions. During my follow up visits she explained how I was healing and the procedure was successful. Based on the care I received I would definitely recommend the practice and in fact recommended them to my wife.
