Everything moved along good. The time there was a bit much for just going in to have my teeth cleaned. 3 hours and 20 minutes was rather long. I didn’t expect to go through so much but then I didn’t have them checked for a long time so that was probably my fault!!!

Everyone is really nice, they take time for you and take good care of you. The doctor, and the rest of the staff, explain things in layman's terms so you really understand what's going on! I appreciated that he will honestly tell you when something is beyond his abilities, referring you to a specialist. Besides his professional knowledge, Dr Roan is just a fun guy and personable. Which helps you feel comfortable and at ease; Making your dentist experience - dare I say - fun! :-)

I called the office because I was concerned about pain following a recent crown prep. I was told to come in that same day. Dr. Roan took my concern seriously and in a matter of moments found an offending piece of cement to be the cause. He apologized for the discomfort, removed it and had me out the door in a matter of minutes. The pain cleared up quickly and I'm a happy camper!
