Very welcoming and quickly addressed my issues and registered my patient information. I think vital signs should include temperature, heart rate and oxygen level. My experience was above average and I would use you again.

Wonderful staff and doctor, very caring and competent! I will definitely be back! My only complaint is that the wait was long. Even though I was the only patient there, I had to wait for the Dr in the room for 30 minutes.

From the reception area to the doctor everyone was kind and courteous which always makes a doctor’s appointment easier. The doctor was very helpful and listened to my problem.

The young lady up front was nice and the doctor was excellent! However, they need to be a bit more private with patients' information, such as addresses to not disclose out loud or leave it hanging on the counter. I will diffinately return because the both doctors showed sincere concern each time I visited. Thanks for your service!

The Doctor was very patient and really took her time. The staff was nice as well. I don't live in the area, but would highly recommend to Richmond locals.

I came in with pain at a level 8. The receptionist showed such compassion and filled in my information, and had me take a seat acknowledging I would be seen quickly. After that it was a continuation of the same treatment!! Quick and efficient all wrapped up in care and compassion. Thank you all!!!

Most of my family members in my family go to Urgent care, including my grandchildren because of the excellent service we are always provided, the front desk staff/nurse is very professional but at the same time she is very personable and caring, and the Doctor’s bed side manners make you feel comfortable which helps you with the worries, she explains things in a way you fully comprehend. Overall all of our experiences have being WONDERFUL !!!
