Doctor was very knowledgeable and communicated information in a way that I could understand. The office help was extremely friendly and helpful and the dental hygienist was calming and made an otherwise scary situation calming.

Staff is great. I feel someone should have explained that the case ahead of me was more extreme than expected. I was left waiting an hour with no info. That is a long time when you are in pain. Other than that, everything was great. Today my pain is almost gone.

At RC Endodontics I found friendly staff; clean and lovely offices; obvious focus on infection control; correct full x-ray protection including throat; Dr. Ali has excellent chair-side manner and explains every step of the procedure. Felt like visiting old friends, but more important the procedure was painless and no negative after-effects. Would highly recommend Dr. Ali and this office.

I was so worried about coming to your office I’ve been with my dentist for about 35 years so this was a new and strange thing to be going elsewhere for my dental work; your front office staff were all so pleasant and welcoming I did feel a bit easier. Your dental assistant was so kind and caring and gentle with my xrays, I was calming down a bit more; but when Dr. Ali sat down and talked to me he put me at ease and I just knew I was at the right place. He was wonderful with me and I can’t say enough I am totally fine to have my dental work done on the 19th! God bless you all.

I was referred to Dr Ali by my dentist. I’m terrified of any dentist let alone a new one. All the girls were very nice and helpful. Dr Ali examined me and was unable to help me so he referred me to an oral surgeon. He could tell I was very nervous so he had the girls at the front desk set up my appointment for me.
