Every one was very pleasant and all went well.

The office was able to see me earlier than my scheduled appointment, so they reached out by text and phone to offer me that option, which my schedule allowed so I was happy to accept an earlier appointment. Once I was in the office, my appointment went very smoothly and efficiently as the dentist explained what she was doing every step of the way.

The staff is upbeat and pleasant. They took me in quickly. I dont have dental insurance with my retirement and was glad they offered an in office plan of their own. From the greeting at the door to the end, the service was very inviting and customer centered. I felt the attention to detail, getting to know me and discussing my goals is not a normal experience. The teck was very very good even excellent!!! However your electronic call machine to notify customers really really needs to be trashed or properly fixed. It called me 6 times and had different appointment times each call and now it calls me AGAIN to quiz me about the session!!!!! Get a personal touch and have a live person do The calling! More money but highly more efficient and so much nicer than dealing with a inept machine!!!

It was a long, but short 3 1/2 hours. Brandy and Dr. made it less stressful for me and were very kind. They were careful and thought of all of my possible needs. All of you are so pleasant, especially Sheila....! I did receive email last evening saying that the crown was temporary. Is that true?

It was very nice meeting everyone and you all made me feel at home while at the same time scaring me to death with all the issues we discussed. I will be in on Thursday to start the deep cleaning but will need more time to think of all we discussed before proceeding any further.
