Great as usual. The Hygienist was so thorough. She did an excellent cleaning and explained what she was doing and answered my many questions. She really seems to understand that I can only afford partials right now on my monthly income of just over $700 a month. I really have no extra money and wouldn’t qualify for credit financial help. I know my teeth should be a #1 priority, but I’m on Disability and I got lucky to qualify for the Disability Insurance & so I was very lucky to get that & really thought they paid fully for things after the state worker explained the Disability insurance benefits to me. When I called the Disability Insurance back to ask why I was being charged they told me again that I should not have to pay any charges & the Disability Insurance does pay for a long list of all of the services paid to DR Baker, except they don’t pay for Implants, They said this is why DR Baker was chosen as a preferred Dentist that excepts what the state pays for DR Baker’s charges and there should not be any out of pocket charges for myself. I love DR Baker - he is the best Dentist I have ever had. DR Baker’s work only teeth has completely changed my horrible teeth problems around to where they feel like I have more teeth like they have been restored and they feel fantastic. I don’t know how he does it, but it’s like I have new teeth and can eat, talk better & to me I think they look 100% better. It’s like he performs magic. I’ve referred DR Baker to numerous friends, family, & online. I feel so lucky that I’ve had this opportunity. PS All of the people that work in DR Baker’s office are outstanding & so, so nice. I hope my experience never ends, I literally get excited to go to the DENTIST now. I don’t want it to end, maybe this should get forwarded to the state about the great experience I’ve had. You guys are my favorite! I loved the personal attention and everyone is so caring. I LOVE Angie! She just seems to have a way of making you feel like she's sincerely interested in you, takes the time to explain what she's doing and never an awkward silent moment. She always had something interesting to say or talk about. The receptionist was also very helpful. Thanks Dr. Baker! You are the best!

Hello! My husband had a great experience with JaNae! He has never had such a gentle cleaning and really liked his hygienist. I was not so pleased with my experience. My hygienist never introduced herself, did not place a lead apron on me before xrays (I asked for it and she did bring it, but that should always be placed on patient), and never really interacted with me. The one time she talked to me was when Dr. Baker came in and found out I'm in dental hygiene school. Then she talked to me. That wasn't really cool to me. Otherwise, I was pleased with our experience and we'll be back! I might just schedule us both with JaNae instead of Elyse (I looked up her name on your website).

Only wish next time, she would floss my teeth a little more delicately, she flossed a little too hard and my gums were a little sore the next day. Staff is friendly and helpful

Staff was helpful & obviously knowledgeable. They quietly went about their business. I believe this fact and the overall knowledge & skill of Dr. Baker were the 2 most outstanding practicable skills demonstrated at this office. I'd have to say also, I've never known a dental facility truly concerned with patient comfort...to include pain. The work on my teeth stopped no less than 3 times as it was perceived I was uncomfortable. There was adjustments made in the pain medication, about 10 minutes waiting for the medication to take hold and then a continuation of my dental work. That alone made me a repeat customer.

The dental work that I just had done was probably the finest work I've ever had done. The office is very pleasant and easy to work with and the assistants are very interested in our comfort. I wish I had Dr. Baker doing my dental work a long time ago.
