We came in for a consult and the entire staff made the visit easy and stress free. They were helpful and friendly and we didn’t wait long at all. While presented with a challenging situation, the doctor was more than accommodating in trying to find answers and solutions to our problem. They could have easily brushed us off during our initial phone call but they were compassionate enough to invite us in for a consult and we left our appointment armed with some possible answers and some good ideas.

Very nice employees! Everyone explained exactly what they were doing either before or while they were doing it, which is nice. Dr. Luigi pulled my tooth without any pain, and Dr. Hallum came in and talked to me and explaining everything before. If you're afraid of the dentist, this is definitely the place to go!!! Both dentists are very nice.

Procedure went smoothly and quickly. Staff supportive. (I was anxious). Dr. Massa explained what he was going to do, what he was doing and what he had done. Took Advil once and no pain since.

Lauren is the most professional and caring hygeniest I've dealt with in years. The administrative staff is also tops. Kudos to Premier Dental!

I had my grandsons for Spring Break so took the chance of getting squeezed in for a child's cleaning. We were fortunate enough to have an appointment with Brandy, she was attentive and thorough. Dental Assistant, Brandy, did an outstanding job in cleaning and in interfacing with customer in a friendly and courteous manner. One person in the front office was not quite as helpful as one would like. However I received a callback the next day with an apology which was appreciated.

The wait time from my scheduled appointment time to getting prepped for my periodontal maintenance was within 10 minutes. The communication between the hygienist and the Dr. was well coordinated and I was out of the office within 40 minutes. The staff that assisted with my payment as I exited the practice were courteous and professional. As always, Dr Massa was fantastic. I can smile proudly.

The appointment was enjoyable. The staff was delightful. The cleaning was thurough. The pictures of my teeth was something that I'd not had done before. The pricing on the suggested work was high enough that I had to make outside arrangements before I could continue.

I had a very traumatic experience as a child which resulted in me never going back because of what he did. Fast forward to now which is 20 years later and my teeth are horrible because I had no respect for dentist because of my past. I got a tooth infection so I was forced to see a dentist and I was completely amazed at how nice and professional they all were. My teeth looked so horrible and I was so ashamed to see them but the treated me very nice and saw I have anxiety and calmed me down by talking to me and explaining things to me without judging me. They asked what music I wanted to listen to and were very patient with me. I have a few things I have to get done to get my teeth looking and felling good and I can’t believe I’m saying this but I am actually looking forward to my next visit on feb 1st for my next round of treatment. I haven’t smiled a real smile in 20+ years and I can’t wait to smile once they finish. Dr Hallum and the hygienist Laren was very professional and very nice and made it comfortable. Thank you both so much.

An incredibly thorough evaluation and cleaning. Loren is a perfectionist! The best cleaning I have ever had. She is great about explaining your evaluation and your treatment plan. Dr. Masa and Dr. Hallum are just as thorough in dental and surgical restoration. Administration is personable, friendly and helpful. They take on the stress of insurance and copays and provide me with the answers I need to make the most informed decisions about my dental treatment. I highly recommend this office and I am glad to have found them.

Went in to get a chipped tooth fixed. After X-rays were taken, it was found a root canal and tooth replacement were needed. This was all explained to me and the procedures were done right then without having to wait for another appointment. Everyone was pleasant and professional.
