The wait was 1- hour and ten minutes to get in the chair. I know there were circumstances that caused this but it was ridiculous.

The staff at Precision are extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Neda is so sweet and gave me very realistic expectations for healing time and the entire process. I received a gum graft from Dr. Neda and at my 6 month follow-up appointment both her and I were very pleased with the results. At first I was hesitant to do it with the conscience sedation, simply because I thought it wasn’t necessary and I would have preferred using laughing gas, but this was not offered as an option which is okay I guess. The sedation was much preferred over another doctor who would have only given me novocaine without any type of gas or sedation. I will say the operating/exam rooms could use a much needed update. At my last appointment (follow-up) the area below my chair was practically falling apart, and there was a broken rolling doctor’s chair in the corner. The areas around the room could use a serious deep cleaning (dust, etc.), but was acceptable in the areas that I would have been in direct contact with.

They were very good at explaining everything if I asked. I do believe they charged me for xrays that they already had from my Dentist office and I am looking into that. My appt was at 10:10 am I was there unti almost 12:30. I am concerned I was told I have an abscess but they did not put me on any antibiotics And did mention an oral surgeon but said it was not an emergency.... so that’s concerning and I put a call into my dentist and hope to get some answers soon.

Office is run very efficiently. Dr. Simon is impeccable and a master in his field. Root canal treatment...so far, so good. Dr. Simon called me same day to check on my well being. I am very satisfied.

Overall, the patient services were great - very friendly staff. Everyone there made sure I was comfortable before, during, and after my procedure. I will say the post-operative instructions were a little misleading when I went to review them leading up to my procedure. To make sure I was following the instructions I would re-read them if I happened to be questioning myself about a specific concern. For context, I had a gum graft done on my lower front tooth. Near the top part of the instructions, it mentioned that soft food could be eaten 4-6 hours after surgery. But, it isn't until further down on the sheet that it mentions specifically for gum graft patients that a liquid diet should be maintained for 3 days - that's a huge difference! Since I was referring to this sheet frequently, I never thought to continue reading further down on the sheet when I thought my question/concern was addressed near the top of the sheet. I would suggest moving the instructions for gum graft patients closer to the top of the sheet so that it is read first since this restriction is much more crucial and time sensitive for gum graft recovery.

The assistant was very nice don’t know his name it was the one who took the panoramic X-ray girls up front girls very nice but dr Simon was a bit arragant towards me and I was in a lot of pain at the time I’m sure he’s a good dr but I wish he could ha e been a bit nicer to me.

Went in for a root canal consultation.Check in was a breeze—very short wait time even as a new patient. The facility is very clean and modern. Not sure why they insist another set of x-rays be performed, though (I sent current ones in with my referral).Otherwise, I had a good experience on my first visit.

I went in for a consultation and had my root canal the same day. I can't believe how quick the procedure was. I was nervous because of past experiences at different dental offices. If I ever need a root canal again, I will be making an appointment here.

Dr. Neda was very thorough and explained everything. My only complaint is that the staff told me I needed the oral sedative when I thought I didn't. They insisted I did. When I got home, I checked the paperwork from my consult. I was correct. It had been crossed off. I would have been happier without the sedative.

I visited this office for the first time, never having any experience with endodontists, and left with relief. The offices front desk personelle on that day made me feel like I was welcomed there. The X-ray technician also made me feel so comforted during my exam. She took pictures of my teeth and asked about my personal life in a non invasive way, and when I left the office she said she couldn’t wait to see me back, in the friendliest way possible. Employees like that are hard to come by. Great atmosphere, great people, great experience.

So far, it’s been a pleasure working with this office and Dr. Negron. I appreciate the fact that I was fit in unexpectedly for my root canal even though it was not an emergency situation. Thank you!

The personnel in the front office was superb. So courteous and helpful. The dentist were very thorough and explained the treatment in a manner that you could understand the degree of treatment and the process moving forward. It was a pleasure interacting with the staff during my first two visits.

I would highly recommend this office if I was asked for a referral from a friend or co-worker.

I can’t wait for my crown now that my implant has been successful. We had to build up my jawbone and fight off an infection but but Dr Neda and her team were on top of it start to finish. Her suggestion to use a mouthwash mix in a water pik has helped all my pockets not just this implant and surgery aroun it. Thanks everyone! Dave Brown

Simple to find staff was very nice a little confusing how they explain the forms to fill out on the iPad but they were helpful. The doctor, her staff were very nice and helpful I am glad I am going there to have my issues with my teeth.

Your staff was very nice and extremely knowledgeable. Parking was quite an issue. Waiting period was a bit lengthy, but with other appointments, you never know when emergencies happen or another appointment took more time than expected. Dr. Negron was so nice and explained what procedures need to be done.
