I was impressed with Dr. Calame. However, waiting an hour and 10 minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment time is unacceptable. I had to call and make alternate arrangements to have my child picked up because the office was running so late. :(.

Nice receptionist and my doctor and his helper were very professional and informative.

Dr Brouha got right to it...Took care of the problem with efficiency...One improvement would be on the scheduling side not to stack too many patients during the same time frame as I got backed up in the que and people arriving after me were taken before me.

I was helped fairly quickly even though I was a couple minutes late to my appointment.

During my visit, there was someone shadowing the assistant. It wasn't explained why she was there and was a little uncomfortable in the room. Having 3 people seemed a little much and was not as comfortable as the patient.

Thank you for the caring attention that I received once arriving to the office and I also thank you for giving me the opportunity to express my concerns before my surgery.

The staff is great like always very polite and very helpful, I like the fact that they have bilingual staff because they translate to my mother what Dr. says. Dr. Hamman did surgical procedure to my moms ear and 48 hrs later my mom hardly feels any pain. I also liked that Dr. Hamman took his time with my mother, explaining everything in detail step by step of the procedure he was going to perform on my mother ear. Difinitely recommend him to family and friends if looking for a Dermatoligist!!!

my appointment was met with the most professional and helpful staff a patient could only hope for! I have a rediculous fear of any kind of medical appointments my entire life but from the time I arrived , including when I had a procedure required by my physician done to me, I was relaxed and confident due to the care and understanding of each of them. I highly reccomend to anyone needing this type of medical attention to definitely trust their Staff/Physicians for such care.

From Silver (you found gold when you got her), to the friendly young lady at reception who's name eludes me, but mine certainly didn't elude her - that training she had in the past to help in remembering names really is paying dividends in her position with you.To the extremely friendly and gregarious lady who escorted me in on surgery day, and the one I got an acute case of separation anxiety over when she had to leave me.To Carmen, my very cool nurse, who knows how to protect and bandage up a surgery site like an absolute boss.She also keeps the mood upbeat and things humming along very nicely as well - pun intended. To Dr. Hamman who is as skilful and nice a doctor as I've ever had the pleasure to come across. He also hums pretty darn well in his own right. And to each of the other very nice ladies and gentlemen who work at PD, thank you. And don't go changing because I think you've found the cure to bad doctors' office experiences. Everything that office receptionist warm and patient with the new patients . Ut was very disturbing g to watch the croc/ or alligator eating the animals live gruesome snd with bots under 7.it was too loud and too early for that viewing .

Just came in to get stitches out. Carmen had them quickly removed with no pain in 5 min! Great staff and good work on my recent surgeries! Thanks guys
