Given the fact that that I am 94 years old you took the time to explain things clearly and repeated if I didn't understand. I am fortunate to have lived this long without many health problems so I get squeamish easily. After the appointment I felt calm and I have decided to move forward with having the first eye done. Everything was great ,until I went to pick out my glasses which were readers , my insurance would pay up to $300.00 so I picked a pair that were $150.00 , the guy told me it would be well over the $300.00 so I said I’d get a cheaper pair , he told me he had no cheaper glasses, so needless to say I did not get any, nor did my daughter , I think it was outrageous that a pair of reading glasses would cost almost $380.00! My daughter and I love the doctor and will go back to him, but I will not get my readers there!

Dr. S is great. She's personable, caring and let's you know the facts you need. My biggest problem is that the Dilation of the eyes is used for 5 minutes and yet it lasts for 5 hours for me. The staff was great and enjoyed meeting Dr. Gulibon. Dr and staff were professional and very friendly. I left the office knowing my eye care was complete and thoroughly explained. Though I was disappointed in the optician business. Asked a few different ways for help in finding frames that were nickle free and he just keep remarking if the frame states stainless steel or titatium then they are nickle free. Also stated I have Davis insurance and he said the frames are in that wooden container and that he knew nothing about the product his job was to measure only and send out. I asked him about other frames he looked up my benefits and stated will pay 100 toward frames and take another 20 percent then that is my cost. I thought since I asked about his product he would show me some of the nickle free frames but again he did not. My eyes were dialated which I said when I first entered and had gotten to the point of not being able to read and at this point after asking him multiple times for help I gave up looking for glasses and went somewhere else to purchase glasses where they were very happy to assist me finding frames that were nickel free. I have never had an optician not be willing to help in finding frames, I was very disappointed in his service. I would and will for sure visit Dr Gulibon again to have my eyes checked but will not purchase glasses from the business in your office.

Time limit of being 20 mins late is generous; however, I was 15 mins late but logged into the system as 22 mins late which is fine. However being 2 extra mins late made me wait 2+ hours which I thought was unreasonable.

I got to the appt early. No problem, I was taken right away. All preliminary questions were asked and I answered. All done in a very friendly cordial way Dr Wilton came in shortly with her assistant. Both were pleasant, professional and efficient. Dr Wilton went over my tests, current plans and future plans and examined my eyes. She listened to my concerns and all 3 of us worked together and had a most enjoyable time. We set a meeting for 3 months and I know that I left totally satisfied, relieved and ashored that all could not be any better. I left with a large smile and a relaxed demeanor.

My only problem was getting someone to answer the phone. First call I was put on hold for 5 minutes and then was disconnected. I called make and was put on hold. The first person who answered asked me to wait, after about 2 minutes they came on and again asked me to wait. 5 more minutes on hold until I was connected. It took more than 15 minutes to get through to someone.

All went well with the laser and Dr Wilton. She answered all my questions. I was given a free sample: Ilevro, that has a nepafenac ophthalmic suspension .3%. I was told about the drops being very thick and tough to get out. The fluid is so thick that it does not physically drop out as a normal “eye drop” does. Consequently it is very very difficult to use and I would strongly advise to try another manufacturer. I was told to use it 3 times after the first time at the office. The first time I used it, finally a huge glob came out in my eye. Did it do its job? Who knows as it hit so hard. The second drop after breakfast was similar. A huge drop came out in a gelantanous form. Unfortunately the rest of the bottle emptied. I came back into the office to get another free sample to use as per my written and verbal instructions. I was told I did it wrong and there was still stuff remaining in the bottle. The person that made this decision did not see me or look at the bottle. I was told that I would not get another bottle. All of this being told to me through the receptionist. I left in a rage. I asked the receptionist what should I do if there is an infection and I was told that I could not have any more preventative. She just shrugged. I almost told the receptionist to cancel all my appointments in the future as I was going to another eye Dr that had a more friendly and professional staff. One that cared about their patients. I cannot be more disappointed in this staff. I called and explained the situation and another Dr called me back and said I need not take the last 25% of the treatment.

Your office charged me for a full exam under my major medical since my chart says I have a medical condition requiring a diagnosis. But being of a certain age with regulation of high blood pressure and pre diabetes you didn’t see the need to dilate my pupils. Was told it could wait another year but I felt it was more due to time constraint. It would have taken too long at too close to 5:00 out the door time. Good thing the headaches I keep having are probably related to caffeine consumption and not a serious medical condition. Hope my contacts are correct. 1000 dollars for another pair of glasses is unacceptable.

I really like Dr. Wilton. This eye problem has lingered for quite some time, and I've had a few problems along the way. My first RX did not get called in, and I ended up over 24 hours without meds because my sample ran out. Dr. Wilton has been away a lot. My eye that has been weeping for 6 weeks was diagnosed yesterday as a clogged tear duct. Now I have to wait over a month to see her again, August 23rd, to get this taken care of. I am on an RX now, and when I explained it to Dr Wilton, she seemed as if it was something she did not prescribe. Again, I like Dr. Wilton, but my care has been a bit broken up.

Dr. Wilton was very pleased with my progress. she did a thorough exam and released me from care. Although my time with her was very short, the wait time seemed rather long.

As a long time patient at PEC and only recently ( within last 5 years ) needing distant vision correction and reading correction). I feel rushed in having to make a decision on the best approach for correction. I can't ask the proper questions because I don't know what to ask. So I leave my eyecare appointment in a fog. Healthcare is difficult in today's world for both the doctor and the patient. However, I left your office not completely satisfied. With that being said. Everyone was polite, professional and the timeliness of my appt. was unbelievable!!

Dr. Wilton is the best. She is very kind and caring making one feel very comfortable with testing. She is also professional in all she does. All of the staff is also very professional. They are very friendly making you feel very welcome as you enter the office, as they escort you to patient exam rooms, as they take your H&P, do testing and prepare you for the doctor. This eye care specialist office is fantastic. I have been coming here for almost 40 years. I left twice and totally regretted it both times. They are pleasant and professional from the frontdesk,technicans, doctors,optical shop, and any one else I have forgotten. On a rating scale of 1 thru 5, I would give them the highest 5.
