I appreciate your office working to find an appointment for me quickly, I was in a lot of pain. I also appreciate the precautions you took to avoid exposing anyone to the virus.

If having a tooth extraction can be described as a pleasant experience it would have to have been done at Perio Health. From the time I called for a referral based appointment to the time I left the chair post extraction, I felt confident in the procedure and cared for by the staff. I am grateful to everyone in the office from Shannon to Vanessa, Javier and Dr. Scheyer and everyone in between. Protocol for the Covid-19 virus was strictly followed and I felt no qualms about such an invasive though critical surgery. Perio set the standard for quality care.

I was absolutely amazed about how quick I was able to come in, but more so how pristine and sterile the office was. From the minute I walked through the building door until when I was escorted out, I felt safe during the coronavirus scare. Thank you Perio health.

Customer service would dramatically improve by using a phrase like "it's my pleasure " - forbidding the use of "no problem ", "not a problem" & "no worries". This type of language is perceived to be very negative & one way the staff can work to improve the patient experience.

Really appreciate your great service. It would be helpful if you notify patients in advance to get the Tylenol Extra Strength and Advil. The combination has worked fine for pain management and has much fewer bad side effects than the prescription kind, but many don’t keep these products on hand. And after the procedure, your not in any shape to be shopping. Just a thought to hopefully help others

Even though it was the day after Christmas, Dr. Ross openly welcomed me in to check out a painful tooth I was having. He also remedied it for me and told me he would let my dentist know what he found and what he did. He did all of this with kindness and a joyful heart, a very sweet man! I think he is probably a good dentist too as he identified what was wrong with my tooth rather quickly and didn’t try to sell me any extra services I didn’t need. I’m so glad I use this practice on a regular basis.

Staff is warm and welcoming. Doctors are thorough and make sure you know what and why. Compassion is felt! I’m blessed to have been referred to such a group to care for me.

The doctor touched unsanitized object with his gloves on the began to touch inside my mouth. Ie he touch the cabinet and touched me with his gloves on. That is unsanitary.

Dr Scheyer performed an extraction, bone graft, sinus lift and implant in me this year. I was an apprehensive patient, as I’ve never had to have dental work until this year. Certainly made my entire procedure painless and made the process hopefully good for Dr Scheyer. I just loved her and praying she will b there when I have to have my left side done. This was my first experience with dr Scheyer and his staff. I was totally impressed as dr scheyer was very knowledgeable, very thorough, very calming, gentle and patient. I just had my evaluation appointment with Dr. McGuire and I couldn’t be more impressed. He and Vanessa were very calming and I felt like I was in the hands of a real professional, after enduring some substandard treatment from another periodontist. The future of this tooth is still uncertain, but I trust Dr. McGuire’s judgment.

I have been a patient of Dr. McGuire’s for 32 years! He has always been professional, caring, and expertly takes care of my oral health issues. His staff has not changed in all the years I have been his patient. My entire family has received treatment from him. He has been part of periodontal research and developing new procedures for as long as I can remember. He teaches and travels to promote new techniques. I feel so fortunate that he is my physician!!

Booking appointments, cofirmation of appts, perfect teeth cleaning, professional staff. Oh and really lovely experts.

Dr. McGuire was fantastic about extracting my painful, infected tooth on our first visit. When I called after being referred by Dr. Glenda Owen I explained to Kim I had a dental emergency and she told me that the first available appt. would be 6 weeks from that date. I hung on and waited. The staff of this busy office seem nice and competent. The only negative comment I have is that Dr. McGuire started trying to pull my tooth IMMEDIATELY after using shots to numb the tooth. The pain was a 9 out of 10. He added another shot and waited 5 minutes. He tried again to pull the tooth and I had to yell. The pain was 15 out of 10. More shots. The next time the tooth was out. The doctor explained that the tooth was larger than expected and that the infection was very bad. If possible, I would have preferred a light anesthetic as my previous endodontist used during a root canal.

Dr McGuire is outstanding and the whole practice provides top notch care. He is caring and treats both my wife and me. He is really skilled and everyone in the practice is highly professional and of high quality.

This particular visit was a graciously and timely rescheduling of visit I had to postpone the month before. The people here are efficiently professional and kindly human. Try them -- You will like them!

Every thing is great there. The only exception is something non-medical: the speakers for the music in the rooms are shot and there is distortion. A small thing certainly but if it’s important enough to have the music at all then let it be clear and not fuzzy.

And aside from the professionalism of the office, the thing that most impresses me is the way your contracts are written ensuring that yor business GETS PAID! This observation coming from one in the construction industry where my contract on my last large project proved to be lax and not profitable. Many many blessings to great office and wishing continuing improvement.

Sinus lift and screw for implant. Ugh! But could not have gone better. Both Dr. McGuire and Starr did a great job, kept me calm, were patient with me. Had almost no aftermath problems, no pain, no bleeding, etc. If you have to do this - and I did - this is the place to come for it.

It was suggested that when I 360 flaus my implants , that I use the listerine in the white bottle . The only white bottle I find is for whitening. Is that the suggested listerine???

You can feel the mood of the staff in the office ,they all were very pleasant and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy their jobs . It makes it so nice for the patients . I found Dental Care Facility where I can trust the same people are going to be there when I return for a follow up visit.
