I am put at ease when I enter the front office. The office is kept immaculately clean. Dr.Raj Patel and his staff are professional and friendly. I enjoy how kind and caring all of them are as they have passionate hearts concerning your teeth.

This was My first visit and I was impressed the minute I stepped into the reception area. We were greeted cheerfully, processed quickly, then it was in for X-rays and cleaning. Numbing the front upper teeth usually is a painful experience, but I barely felt the needle when Dr. Patel numbed my mouth in preparation for a crown. I have been a patient for many years and highly recommend him and his great staff.

Crown came loose and was please with the experience in getting it reset

My exam was pleasant and thorough but found I need a deep cleaning since I haven’t had my teeth cleaned since before COVID. I was a bit disappointed, though, to find that I have to wait until August to get the deep cleaning done. Since I was told that one side will be done first and then the other side will be done within two weeks after, not sure when I can get the other side done. So, I didn’t get my teeth cleaned after all.

In the past I have had extremely bad experiences with Dentist. Dr. Patel is the only dentist I have been able to trust. I was the patient that would have severe anxiety and would require sedation. I will admit on my first visit, I did require sedation but I'm proud to say that I no longer require it. He is caring and understanding. His staff has done nothing but make me feel welcome, relaxed and appreciated. I'm extremely thankful I found Dr. Patel.

This is the first time I have had a cleaning that was not painful. Am 65 and have had extremely sensitive teeth all my life, sensitive to cold from liquids/food and also from air from the suction. Stephanie adjusted her cleaning process by using a numbing gel, warm water and adjusting the location of the suction. It was actually a terrific experience for the first time in my life. Sheri is an excellent office manager. My dental appointment was canceled due to the sleet-storm. I was not notified and found a closed building. I called to reschedule and was told the next available appointment was in April. Sheri called me and scheduled me for the next Monday. While at my appointment, I was able to thank her. She also scheduled my next appointment at a time that works best for me. All I can say is that I am so glad that Sheri is the Office Manager at Dr. Patel’s dental office.

I always have a great experience at Dr. Patels office; people are great. But I do have one question regarding the cost to cement a crown back on a tooth. It seems excessively expensive. I’m sure there’s a suitable explanation for why it’s so costly. I’ve been a patient there for 20+ years as well as my family. We all have had positive experiences there in all kinds of dental work. Don’t take this as a complaint but just a curious patient 😃

She does not have access to my medical information legally. Please refrain from communicating my medical information to my mother in the future.

Dr. Petel and his staff are amazing. His staff are very welcoming ,friendly and are always polite when I’ve’s been there. Dr. Petel has an amazing chair side manner, he is always involved in making sure i’m comfortable and his technique of numbing my mouth was painless, which I’ve never experienced at any other dentist before. I highly recommend Dr. Patel, he does extractions, and root canals right in his office. Most dentist these days will send you out for those types of procedures. Dr. Patel did a good job fixing my tooth. But it seems like he is too busy to answer all my questions. This same experience happened for me and my wife when we both went to get work done. Dr. Patel used to be very friendly and good about answering questions but recently he seems different.

Had regular cleaning, done very professionally. Also had a molar pinching a nerve, doctor thoroughly explained my options, staff reviewed procedures and costs of options, decided to have tooth removed . Was able to do it while I was there, pulled the tooth, followed instructions for after removal of tooth and I’m doing fine. Altogether it was all done Professionally by entire staff.

Most everyone does the routine stuff well. It’s the non-routine stuff - like ‘how fast can you get me in, a filling fell out’ that is the real mark of excellence. Dr Raj has come through every time my family had needed some non-routine help. Five stars for sure.

Dr. Patel ascertained that a root canal would not be necessary but only a crown on a partial crooked tooth. He aligned the tooth and put on an excellent temporary crown. A job well done!

I have a tooth on the lower left that I believe had a root canal. When I floss that tooth, it is sensitive but I didn’t mention it to Dr. Patel. Also a couple of my front lower teeth feel the same way. Also I forgot to ask Dr. Patel if he does surgery on patients that have severe TMJ. I have read there is a surgery that helps relieve the pain. Can someone please call me? Thanks!

Dr. Patel was gentle and very kind. There was no pain in the first stage of replacing two old crowns at the top center of my mouth. The temporary crowns looked great, matching the other teeth well. Dr. Patel wants the permanent crowns to exactly match, so I will go to a dental lab on Yale to get the color right. My smile will be 100% improved!! I won’t have to hide behind my COVID mask. Dr. Patel is very friendly and caring. He takes time to acknowledge you and address your concerns. I drive from Roland, Oklahoma to see him. That is about 6-7 miles shy of Fort Smith, Arkansas. That’s how much both my husband and myself think of him. My daughter and son-in-law are also Dr. Patel’s patients. They also live in Roland, Oklahoma. I am 63 so I have to really think a lot of Dr. Patel to travel that far. His staff also need recognition, they are very friendly and helpful.

Let start off by saying that I’ve had to have a lot of dental work through the years. Without hesitation I can say Dr. Patel is by far the best dentist I’ve ever been to. He is very caring and gentle which is very important to me. My recent crown with root canal was quick and virtually pain free. He also has a very caring and well trained staff who have a great attitude which makes for a very good experience. You will notice the difference immediately when you are there. Dr. Patel has many years of experience and you can trust him for the best possible dental care at a reasonable price.

I typically either don’t answer these surveys or give you five stars. This time I realized every time I’m there and I have to use the restroom or my four-year-old has to use the restroom, there’s no hook for my purse or my coat on the door. Also, I would like to be able to pick the color of my toothbrush. I don’t like getting a free toothbrush that I don’t want to use. Half the time it’s the same color as my husbands. Thank you for everything else though. ;)
